I opened one box, and parts were missing. I decided to buy the missing parts for that item from another store. On 6/11/26 I took 4 unopened boxes back to Dealz Outlet for a refund, and that is when I was told no refunds. I see now that the manager lied to me; they just wanted to make a big sale. Gimme a break!). They couldn't look it up. The girl who worked the transaction was very rude, too.
