Let's see where to start, I hired Edgar for remodeling a bathroom for my grandma. The work was done fine, but it was after the payment was made. The shower was leaking and I pointed it out to Edgar who said that it's a defective shower, so I had ordered another one and waited. Not only the shower was leaking, there was no hot water. He had mentioned that he will have to break the wall, this and that. After almost two weeks of going back and forth and my grandma not having a working shower, I ended up calling up my plumber who fixed the issue. The issue was with workmanship and where the installation wasn't done correctly. After paying the plumber $300, I finally get a message back from Edgar saying that he is sending someone and since this isn't a workmanship issue, I have to pay him $300. So pretty much, the job done was fine, but the mess I had to deal with after paying him was not End of the day, my grandma suffered and I had to spend additional $300 to fix a workmanship issue caused by Edgar and his team.

The covers on these bags--the "protection"--they were stuck. They didn't work! They let in all the rain. Total contamination. * The Quality: You want clean soil, you want the best mulch, but you get a polluted disaster. It's a rigged bag! * The Delivery: No phone call. Zero. He made several recommendations and even offered to help out with some other areas of my yard free of charge, granted, it was a small job (replanting a few trees I had in containers) ...but to offer that(or ANYTHING) free of charge these days is rare. We agreed to move forward on the job. He started on time and stayed late each day. He relocated several plants/trees for us, and took care of the container trees I had, also cleared out the old white rock and replaced with black mulch. The cost was fair, and the service was great.
