They left the site better than it was prior having also fixed some trim that had lifted over time. This was not required, but Mike's team did it anyways. Top notch. The product we had installed has so many scratches it is embarrasing. We have commercial sliders on all the furniture. This is our sixth house with LVP and we have never had this problem. I had to beg for a Shaw inspector to come out, because it is not what we were promised by the owner and of course Shaw and Carpet Central stated the scratches are our fault and not covered ....they accept no responsibility or accountability. Carpet Central refused to share the report submitted to Shaw. The guy that runs Carpet Central said he didn't want to be bothered, he was done with us, he was very rude and unprofessional.
