Mindy and Michelle were a pleasure to work with and the owner actually took up time to give me personal attention and a tour of the facilities. My only word of caution is definitely make sure you have a plumber disconnect the water before they arrive. But I am in love with my beautiful new countertops. My husband noticed a few rough spots that needed to be smoothed out. But once we brought it to their attention, they immediately sent people out to address it. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.
