Cliff notes version: Not the best experience. I don't believe I'll use this shop again…read more Details: I came into this shop after asking about the HMC logo jackets I'd seen on other employees. I was sent here with good reviews. When I arrived, I was given details about pricing and sizing. Unfortunately, there were no jackets to try to get the best size. She basically suggested a size by just looking at me, but I requested my preferred size. Finally, she says I'd have to pay a quarter more on top of the original order to ship the jacket. I was also offered the option to leave my info & be contacted when she had to place a larger order. I opted for that option, writing my name & a contact number on an order form. In a few weeks, I received a missed call & voicemail. The owner (or the woman I assume is the owner) sounded rushed & stated if I still wanted the jacket to call back. I called and said yes, of course. She then said that she was placing an order by close of business on that day, & my jacket could be added right away. I work night shift, so I got the message around 4 pm. I was back on that night & knew I couldn't come in before closing. I was then given a chance to pay through PayPal. Awesome! I did just that. I was also told a number to text the exact text I wanted on the custom jacket. In the notes section with my PayPal payment, I also used cut & paste the add the same information. Weeks later, I received a text message that my jacket was finally ready for pickup. I worked overnight & had a morning meeting until 9am, so I decided to swing by on my way home. When I arrived, I parked & attempted to go inside. The door was locked, & the store dark. It was well after 9am...closer to 9:30a because I also made another stop. When the owner rushes in to open the store, I notice a lady get out of a vehicle near mine. So, I wasn't the only one waiting. Once it's my turn, I tell her my name. She pulls this jacket out that only has the hospital logo on it. I ask where my name is. She shows me a form that was in the bag with the jacket that states I only want the logo. I quickly told her that wasn't my request, & only the name & number were in my handwriting. I offered to show her the text she asked me to send with the customization, and the PayPal receipt also. She refused. Glad to have the jacket, but I should've just ordered my own online. I would've had it worn in by now!

I dropped off some items to be embroidered a couple weeks prior to the Covid-19 pandemic hit our…read morecountry. As a business owner myself I understand how disruptive the pandemic was to businesses in the area. I know many non-essential businesses like this one had to close temporarily. I truly understand. But to leave your customers hanging the way this business does is unthinkable to me! They have made no attempt to make a courtesy call to let me know they were closing or when they may reopen. I've left at least 10 messages on their voice mail over the last two months and not one return phone call. I drove to the place of business to see if there were instructions on the door to contact someone to arrange pickup of items left for embroidery. There was a sign with instructions to call for pickup, but again they NEVER returned my phone calls. I blame myself really. I've done business with them a couple times before because they were close to my home. I thought the work was actually pretty good and the price fair. But if I had questions or needed to make a change, I could not get a return phone call. But, like a dummy I went back for more of the same service. Shame on me!
