They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that." I wont be shopping there again which sucks because I spend alot of money there.

On-time and on-budget we got an electronic design guide, along with a fully linked shopping list for all of our items. The items really felt like us--from a crazy green loveseat to an adorable line-drawn cat pillow--and came from a variety of sources. We've chosen to pull the room together slowly, which, with a little legwork, is letting me buy some of the items as they go on sale. I LOVE the final design--even in our tiny space she figured out a dedicated play space for our daughter!--and am so excited to see everything pull together. So, what I'm saying is, hire Lesley. She's a joy to work with, she obviously loves what she does, and she's fantastic at it.

He helped us multiple times and each time I didn't care for the way he spoke to me but this last time he had the nerve to literally wave me off (shoo me away with his hand) and said, "your fine" to dismiss me. This is after my husband and I were literally speaking to another sales associate, whom we were already working with for a few days. The misogynist, Terry interrupted us by walking between us and started talking- like who are you?! Who does that? Gross behavior. The other associate apologized to us profusely. He lost the sale for the entire business. The reason we did not want to work with him again before this incident is his lack of integrity; all he cares about is his commission. Not one bit of truth will spoken by this poor excuse of a man and sales associate. I will continue telling everyone I know not to work with Terry and to take their business elsewhere.
