Pitches were inconsistent and too high for our son…read more When we asked if the height could be adjusted, we were told no, but you could tell the employees didn't really care. Balls stopped coming out and players had to wait a while before the next pitch. On our way out one employee did offer to refund our money when we gave him the unused tokens. Called a nearby batting cage place and they could adjust the height, so we will try them. No point in getting batting practice when the balls are too high to begin with.
