When you're dealing with difficult things like a recent loss, everything else is just 10 times harder. When I walked in I was greeted and assisted right away. The wonderful woman that helped me ask all the right questions so that I could make proper arrangements and she even showed me examples of what I would be getting. I picked up right on time and she help you get everything into the car so I could get on the road only because I wanted to pick up in person instead of using delivery because I didn't know if someone would be available to except the delivery. I would also like to mention that I literally cried when I saw the arrangement. The only thing I did was tell her the colors my grandmother loved and the colors of her casket and they really just went above and beyond. I was extremely pleased with the price and so happy with the arrangement. While I hope I don't have to return very soon with the similar task, should I need flowers for anything else in the near future I know exactly where I'll be at.

If they don't give you what you want financially, it's fair enough to just move business to a different venue.

That makes sense. However, she proceeded to tell me that all of the shoes and accessories i brought were "too worn" when 90% of them were brand new and i had taken the tags off before i took them in. some accessories were still in their original bag and shoes still had tags on them. said they couldn't take anything because of the condition. also, My mom also brought in boutique clothing some retailing for 40-50 bucks and they took 23 items for 22 bucks. safe to say i won't sell here again.
