I asked for them to substitute the carnations out of their online pictured arrangement and they happily honored my request. That makes sense. However, she proceeded to tell me that all of the shoes and accessories i brought were "too worn" when 90% of them were brand new and i had taken the tags off before i took them in. some accessories were still in their original bag and shoes still had tags on them. said they couldn't take anything because of the condition. also, My mom also brought in boutique clothing some retailing for 40-50 bucks and they took 23 items for 22 bucks. safe to say i won't sell here again.
