Over and over... When we learned about his stinky act, we attempted to salvage the expensive mattress by calling a steam cleaner. I contacted Mean Steam for a quote and the owner, Jesse Root stopped by for a quote. Jesse saw the mattress and was very honest with me. He said I could try and get the stain out but I can promise you I will not be able to take it all out because the urine was so penetrated in the mattress. He said " if it were me, I would just buy a new one." Not the news that I wanted to hear, butJesse was honest even though it did not make him any business. But that is exactly what I want and expect from a business. True honesty. I will be calling Jesse back for my carpet cleaning needs because I know he will not be trying to up sell me or lie. Honesty is a rare thing these days, and I am truly glad I was able to get in contact with an honest company like Mean Steam Carpet Cleaning.
