Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." He did measurements, and then made an appointment to come back and discuss the process. The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. Our bedroom is beautiful, and it looks as if it was always that size.

The owner talked a good sell up front but things quickly went bad. He asked for an advance about a day and a half into the job which was not in the contract. The painters did poor sloppy work getting paint all over the hardwood flooring, kitchen countertops and appliances. they missed a closet and closet doors. did poor drywall repair in some areas. Missed some windows to be caulked. The owner became belligerent and argumentative raising his voice and threating. He refused to finish one job until I met him with a check. I ended up having to clean up the paint splatter myself and redo some of the work I paid them to do. Very poor and unprofessional.
