He not only refunded the full amount of the initial cleaning, but the manager from this area brought the refund check to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.

I called him and he immediately answered the phone. He listened patiently to my request, what I was interested in getting done, and he also answered my questions fully. He even had availability the next day, and the price was very reasonable for the stellar services he provides. I was immensely pleased, and he even Scotchgarded my carpet at no additional charge, taking painstaking steps to ensure that the furniture was protected and that I wanted for the carpet to dry completely before placing smaller pieces of furniture back on it. He and his company exude professionalism and represents everything that I look forward in a high devotion to customer service when paying for a product. I highly recommend his company for all of your carpet cleaning, carpet restoration, and pressure washing needs. I can say, without fear of contradiction, that you will not be disappointed. I couldn't be happier with our new roof and so glad we chose Sure Thing Roofing in Peachtree City…read more Sure Thing showed up when they said they would. Our roof is quite large with steep pitches and in one day, they did a complete tear off and completed the installation of the new roof. They also put a new roof on our garden shed. The crew was amazing! They protected our gardens with care. They worked in complete sync and unison with each other and were very efficient. When they left that day you would've never known they were here. They cleaned up all the debris and left the property in great shape. The next day the new gutters went on. I highly recommend this company. It also needs to be said that James and Josh were kind, informed, professional and a pleasure to work with.
