When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying "we just have to go," and wouldn't explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what's wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. When I brought up my concerns to the owner of the company, he was also very dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of listening, he threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the bill. And now, simply for asking questions and advocating for myself, I've been placed on a "do not service" list. This was an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience from beginning to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

He thought he could fix the issue for me. Keep in mind, he's telling me his son is really bad sick. I believe what he said. He even called me a couple of days later to ask me what all I had that was a power draw from the house, like dryer, hot water tank, etc. He said he was prepared to do it but only waiting for a price. Very nice guy. He was someone who enjoyed talking. He was a good conversationalist and I didn't mind talking with it. I did have to let him go as I had an appointment to keep. That's the last I ever heard of him. Maybe something more serious came up with the health of his son but I'm not sure. Given his attitude, I would have thought that if he had to leave to take care of his son that he'd at least call and let me know he couldn't do the job as he'd planned. He knew I had no heat in the house other than a fireplace. It was cold. No heat, no hot water, limited in cooking with a camp stove but he just disappeared. I called 14 companies, four came out to look at it and only two offered to fix it. Mr. D. was one of them but then he just disappear without a trace leaving me literally in the dark. He could have called and let me know something. I wouldn't have waited more days to try to find someone. The last guy that came out said he could fix it and at that point, I didn't even ask him how much he was going to charge.
