Odyssey came out, diagnosed a bad ignitor and - though it took a bit of sleuthing to find the part - found it and fixed everything for several hundred dollars. They told me that, though the ignitor had died, the rest of the unit looked like I should be able to get at least 3-4 more years out of it. Just a different approach than others that I assume much pay their estimators on commission. Feel really, really look that I found these guys. Highly recommend.

I did not have a good experience with this company at all. The technician who came out was…read moreextremely rude and unprofessional. I originally called for a diagnostic, but they went ahead and did additional work without my permission or even informing me -- and now I'm stuck with an expensive bill I never agreed to. When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying "we just have to go," and wouldn't explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what's wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. When I brought up my concerns to the owner of the company, he was also very dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of listening, he threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the bill. And now, simply for asking questions and advocating for myself, I've been placed on a "do not service" list. This was an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience from beginning to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
