I was told (by Tony) that if it goes out, to take a screwdriver and press on a part that he was showing me! Eventually The air was restored but went back out. The tech, Tony got loud with me on my porch in front of my neighbors because it was less than 30 minutes that his repair work failed and I had called back. Brian came out to repair it again and brought an attitude with him. I found a reliable and respectful company.

One of our hvac units is 19 years old and getting to the point where we had somebody out fixing something once or twice a year on it. That expense was getting old... I wanted either a Trane or Lennox, so I got quotes from 4 different companies for the same 2.5 ton setup from both brands. We ended up going with the Trane heat pump. The price differences were kind of nuts for the same equipment and installation. The one hvac company was over $4,100 more than what we paid for the same freaking unit. Premier came out the next morning right on time, with Gavin and his crew. They pulled out the old unit, hauled everything off. The one tech said the new air handler was a different in physical size than the old one, they had to do a little custom fitting to make everything fit right. Whole job took around 3 hours. Gavin was very very patient with my incessant questions about everything and didn't mind me asking a bunch of questions. I love to know what the heck is happening when things are being replaced or repaired in my house. Everything looks clean, the system is heating and cooling great, and I feel like I got a really good deal on exactly what I wanted. Which in the time we are in and prices on things, I am truly kind of flabbergasted I got such a deal considering the one company like I said was $4,100 more same Trane. Definitely happy with Premier and would use them again, and again if our other units go. Gavin was trained under Mr. Etheridge he mentioned. That alone tells me all I need to know about his skillset and character. I have the highest respect for Mr Etheridge and definitely miss him being in business here in Forsyth.
