The salesmen was hard to get in touch with at times but seemed to act on my voicemails at least. They have separate crews for everything so getting people to show up was a small challenge that added about a week to the expected timeframe. Biggest problem was none of them took their trash away (or leftover materials). I was stuck with a truck load of drywall sraps to dispose of myself and filled my trash can with the remainder of the random trash generated by the rest. I would hire again though and just have a dumpster onhand.

Even after a few issues (incompetence, checks not being issued as promised, etc.) we ran into with our insurance company and delays due to those issues, Mr. Freeman was always there to help. I have been calling and texting Mark since November to make arrangements for them to complete the job and have been assured that they will get to it "next week". We do not have a shower curtain (they haven't installed the rod I bought), we do not have a handheld shower head, and the door to the bathroom was not installed as asked. Maybe the service is better for bigger jobs? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend using MGR based on my experience.
