So say the least, stainless steel appliances were left unclean. The mirrors in every room weren't clean properly, the garbage was not picked up in every room, the dining room table was not clean properly, there was food particles and dust left behind, the beds were not going to get fixed unless told to do so. In their deep cleaning description they stated that the inside and out of the dishwasher and refrigerator would be clean, and that the doorknobs and blinds throughout the house would be cleaned but that was not done. After we went through the house, they did come back and fixed what I just mentioned. After they left my home, I was doing my makeup to leave the house and my husband side of the sink counter in the master bedroom had hair. Again, the ladies were very nice but they lack experience in the expectations after charging 405.00 for the "deep cleaning" of my home. Unfortunately, will not be using them again

I had issues with finding reliable and affordable lawn care services. I saw J&J in my neighborhood…read moreand approached to seek their services. They were very nice and was able to fit in a cut and trim my yard in their route for the day. They stopped by my house, text me a quote and after approval, cut and trimmed my front and backyard. They sent pictures. Very professional, affordable and flexible. I also wanted my bushes trimmed. They advised they did not have time to fit it in but would be happy to include in my next cut. I appreciated them providing the services that time allowed and their communication to meet my yard needs. I am beyond pleased with their law care service.

They have done work on damaged gutters after a storm, done window replacement, and most recently, replaced a bathtub for me. The owner talked a good sell up front but things quickly went bad. He asked for an advance about a day and a half into the job which was not in the contract. The painters did poor sloppy work getting paint all over the hardwood flooring, kitchen countertops and appliances. they missed a closet and closet doors. did poor drywall repair in some areas. Missed some windows to be caulked. The owner became belligerent and argumentative raising his voice and threating. He refused to finish one job until I met him with a check. I ended up having to clean up the paint splatter myself and redo some of the work I paid them to do. Very poor and unprofessional.

I was recommended Crosby Roofing and knew they had a good reputation -- but honestly, they exceeded…read moreevery expectation. From start to finish, their work was nothing short of outstanding. I have a large, complex roof with multiple angles and a steep pitch, and their crew handled it without hesitation. An eight-person team showed up early, worked efficiently all day, and stayed focused and professional the entire time. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the job moved quickly, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It's rare to see a crew that works this hard, communicates this well, and delivers results at this level. If you need a new roof and want it done right the first time, Crosby Roofing is absolutely the company to call. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend them without hesitation.

If you care about your landscaping/flower beds, do NOT use this roofing company. The work they did…read moreon the roof is fine, but they trashed my flower beds and my backyard. They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. I have spent so much time and effort building my gardens and they've been destroyed. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.
