They were helpful and thorough in every step of the process. Scheduling an appointment time for a quote was simple and the turn around time in which I received the quote was quick. Now let's talk about picking paint colors! I informed them of the color ideas I had in mind and they went so far as to survey the neighborhood and suggest colors within the scheme I was going for that would fit in and would keep me from having a copy cat house of my neighbors. As time approached for painting to begin they painted out a small section to ensure that I would like the color only for me to realize that it was lighter than I'd envisioned. Thankfully they ensured me that it would be no problem to darken the formula if I wanted to stick with that specific color and they would try it out on another section. The reformulated color was perfect and the project continued. Even with rain delays my project was managed to be completed by the deadline and I'm in love with how my home looks now. I would recommend this company 10x over and that means a lot because I'm outrageously particular.

On-time and on-budget we got an electronic design guide, along with a fully linked shopping list for all of our items. The items really felt like us--from a crazy green loveseat to an adorable line-drawn cat pillow--and came from a variety of sources. We've chosen to pull the room together slowly, which, with a little legwork, is letting me buy some of the items as they go on sale. The first time, she made a plan to declutter and organize the main spaces in my home, and she helped me clear out a ton of junk, as well as designing a system for storage. She was kind and supportive while we went through my things, understanding the nostalgia attached to the most ridiculous items, while gently guiding me to get rid of things that were broken or outdated or unused. Sasha has a great network of contractors and was able to arrange for a handyman to take care of minor issues throughout the condo. She helped me sort items for donation and took care of taking them to the charity drop instead of leaving it to me to handle. She gave me 'homework' after every visit, and followed up frequently to offer guidance and motivation. She made the process feel easy and manageable.
