Mind you, during our initial conversation, we discussed prices and services and the amount of clothes to be washed. Once they picked up our clothes the drop off time changed to the next day, which wasn't a problem because of the size of our order. Our scheduled drop off time was 4pm, which came and went. At 6pm we called to check the status of our clothes and were told that they were almost done and our last load had just gone into the dryer. At 8pm we reached out again to see what was the holdup and were told that they were in traffic. Finally, at 10:25pm our clothes arrived and were less than satisfactory. Not to mention, they charged us an extra $125 for our clothes which totaled out to a whopping $300!!! For $300 you would think that our clothes would have been done exceptionally well! Well it wasn't. Our clothes still smell sour, some of them had color damage, and there was even rust on brand new under garments. I'm very dissatisfied with this service and very sad that it turned out this way. Please do better. Then you respond with lies....

They were very nice and was able to fit in a cut and trim my yard in their route for the day. They stopped by my house, text me a quote and after approval, cut and trimmed my front and backyard. They sent pictures. Very professional, affordable and flexible. I also wanted my bushes trimmed. They advised they did not have time to fit it in but would be happy to include in my next cut. I appreciated them providing the services that time allowed and their communication to meet my yard needs. I am beyond pleased with their law care service.

A representative came to my house and provided a quote for cleaning my house on a bi-weekly basis…read more The first visit (a deep clean) was scheduled for the following Monday with an arrival time between 8 and 8:30 AM. At 9 AM, the team had not yet arrived. I sent a text to the office and was informed that my first clean appointment was scheduled for Wednesday (even though the representative provided the Monday date/time to me in writing). Moving on to Wednesday, one member of the cleaning crew arrived at 8:36 AM and two other members at 8:55 AM (all were late). The first crew member departed 40 minutes later, and the remaining two members departed at 10:07 AM (on scene for less than 75 minutes). Based on my original conversation with the company representative, I expected a crew of at least three people who would probably spend 3 to 4 hours deep cleaning my house. The cost of this visit was $320. I did see a crew of three, all of whom were late arriving and spent less than 75 minutes at my house. Plus, the crew did a very poor job of cleaning my house while they were on scene (far from being a "deep clean"). I contacted the company's representative about the crew's poor performance and terminated all further services. I cannot recommend this company -- they did not arrive when they were supposed to and provided far less service than promised. VERY disappointed.
