I was told the seam would be in the corner and shouldn't be noticeable. The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON't CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ..... If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it's the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect...I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don't use this company.

I contacted 3 companies and went with Romeo. I wanted to stay at a certain price point given the size of the bathroom, 5-7,000. The WHOLE bathroom can maybe fit 3 adult people standing up at the same time. It's a very small bathroom. I chose Romeo because he said he could do it for the price point and do it in under a week. Had I known what I would've gotten ahead of time, I would've paid the extra one to two thousand and gone with a different company. In the beginning, Romeo was prompt in his responses. Once he got the job, not so much. What was supposed to take a week, took over a month AND 2-3 trips of us (owners of the home) driving to and from Georgia from Florida because his timeline was interfering with the renters' work schedule. We even went shopping for supplies to assist the crew in completing the reno faster. The renters went above and beyond accommodating Romeo and his crew. They used vacation leave to stay home and asked to work from home to be here for them. Once their time was up, and the bathroom was still not completed, we ended up having to take vacation time, drive up, and stay in local hotels to sit in the home, wait for them to show up, and do the work. After the bathroom was finally "done", the renters sent pics of what "done meant" to Romeo. They'll be in this review. They had to come back out and fix some issues but not all. When asked about some of the issues, he basically said we didn't provide the supplies. We were never asked and when they did, we would try to locate the materials and if we couldn't find it, we would notify them so they could go out and find it. Here it is, not even 8 months later, and this is my second time reaching out to Romeo, who only responds if I text multiple times, for the same issue. The grout in the shower falling out. Pics are also in review. If you are getting a renovation done, I do NOT recommend this company. The lack of care, service, response, and urgency is beyond frustrating. I am still waiting after almost a week (February of 2023), for him to give me a time of when he can check the shower grout. The same shower I had an issue with in November 2022, where I told him the shower needed regrouting and he said it only needed resealing. I waited this long to post a review because I was having so many issues and was hoping the company would do better. I have been patient and respectful. It's apparent, he will not. He does not care. The outstanding issues: -Grout in shower falling out (not fixed) -Tiles in shower cut evenly. Done by Romeo himself (Not fixed) -Tile floor gaps (not fixed) -Hole in wall behind door (fixed) -Hole in wall in vanity (not fixed) -Vanity does not have "Marble" piece connecting wall and vanity (not fixed) -Hole in door trim (not fixed) -Shower tile does not have bullnose trim (not fixed) -Floor vent not cut but placed under wall trim (not fixed).

I was promised a pull-up type of shade which is great because my wife is only 5'2" and it would be difficult for her to reach that high to pull it down otherwise.
