The install was so poor and shotty that I paid for a completely new company (a company that now employs only the good workers that had the sense to leave Shawn's employ) to rip out everything and provide me with an entirely new unit. It's been installed by the new company for 3 days and it's working better than ACTs crap has in 6 months. I will ensure that no one in my neighborhood, friends community, or work location ever use this company. The best adjectives to describe this company are shyster, unethical, abysmal, deceitful, and unscrupulous.
