He was on time , stayed in communication up until he arrived and was very knowledgeable in person. He quoted me a very reasonable quote and what surprised me was how quickly he said he was going to be done , despite having another commitment he was currently working on. I agreed on the price and he was done in two days. He worked quickly and precisely and the deck was excellently constructed. He mentioned having worked mostly in California and having certifications in many fields, including tile and appliance removal/replacement.
