There are big gaps on each side that will allow wild animals entry under my home to live and do damage. The owner of this company will not take my phone calls. I texted him with the complaint and photos. He responded with texts that said the heat pump was like that before work began. That is not true. I have photos and eye witnesses to prove it. The estimate sheet said "Satisfaction Guaranteed." I am not satisfied. Since he is not willing to fix this problem, I need to hire someone else to do the work.

Shawn Eubanks, the supposed owner, never once came out here to check the quality of his workmen, despite his ill prepared workmen being out here a minimum of 10 times. The install was so poor and shotty that I paid for a completely new company (a company that now employs only the good workers that had the sense to leave Shawn's employ) to rip out everything and provide me with an entirely new unit. It's been installed by the new company for 3 days and it's working better than ACTs crap has in 6 months. I will ensure that no one in my neighborhood, friends community, or work location ever use this company. The best adjectives to describe this company are shyster, unethical, abysmal, deceitful, and unscrupulous.
