Best customer service ever... The Pro Technician arrived on time, was friendly, polite and very professional. He was prepared, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed my heating problem in only a few minutes after his arrival. I had had a new air condition/heating thermostat installed in my house just a little over a month ago and it was not compatiable to my heating system. Unfortunately, I had no way of knowing this, because the so called professional air conditioning and heating company that installed it for me the month before had assured me that it was the right thermostat for my air and heating system. But, when I tried to contact them and explain to them that the thermostat was not turning on my air or heat... I'll just say my plea for help from them to correct a situation they had created fell on deaf ears. I was angry, disappointed, cold... without any heat in my house and I felt helpless until ProTech came in and saved the day for my family and me. After, diagnosing, analyzing and explaining to me that my heating system was not compatible with the thermostat, the Pro Technician didn't just install the correct thermostat for my system, he checked alternative things that could be malfunctioning within my heating and air condition system. He was very thorough with his evaluations... constantly explaining his findings to me and making suggestions that I will be adhering to....in order to maintain my air/heating system so they will continue to perform properly. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with the fact that the Pro Technician came equipped with the thermostat I needed to get my system up and running. And, I was even happier that he installed it in little or no time, demonstrated for me how to operate it, cleaned up after himself and extended to me the opportunity to reach out to his company Pro Tech for my future air conditioning, heating and plumbing problems. My wife and I have recently bought a house in the Fort Valley area. The previous owners had used ProTech Plumbing / Heating and Air services on the house. So I thought I'd check them out to see if they would be interested in doing the service for us. It was a GREAT choice we made. They have been really great in coming out and doing the routine service on our heating and air conditioning unit. But as luck would have it. The compressor went bad. So after calling the office. Mr Jim and LeeAnn had us a quote and a installation date for the next day. That's what I call DEPENDABLE and PROFESSIONAL. Steven and Aron arrived the next morning at 0830 ready and equipped to install. They did a fantastic job removing the old unit and installing the new one. They asked me to come out and inspect to see if I was pleased, and I was. Then picked up, cleaned up, and handed me the paperwork. We shook hands and they moved on to there next job. FANTASTIC!!!! Mr. Jim called me the next day to do a follow up check. To make sure I was happy with the unit and service, and I told him I was. We thanked each other and hung up. I've been a Protech customer for nearly 15 years and have been under a service contract for much of that time. They have always been courteous, honest, punctual, and responsive (i.e. they will call you back!). They did a complete re-piping of our house a few years ago and did a fantastic job at a great price. We bought a HVAC system from them many years ago which still runs great, especially with preventive maintenance under the service contract. We also bought a tankless hot water heater from them and both the installation and the system went off without a hitch. Highly, highly recommended. read more

ProTech has serviced my heating and air for years, since it was installed. They have also done some plumbing work for me. They have always been courteous and show up at the scheduled time; they have worked with me to meet my schedule when needed. They also always call before to remind me of the appointment and also when the tech is on the way. Pro Tech is always professional and arrive within the the time given when the appointment is scheduled. They always give an estimate of the price when a repair needs to be completed, I have live in my home for over 20 and Pro Tech has service my HVAC for all of those years. Pro Tech has been servicing my a/c for several years on service contract. Highly recommend them! They call ahead of time to coordinate the visit and show up at the agreed time.
