The last time I stepped into Burlington, they had coat factory behind the name, so I was not sure what to expect. When I walked in, it looked like a cross between Ross and Goodwill. It did not at all look like a brand new store that opened a couple of months ago in November. Everything was unorganized. The home goods section had some nice items, but many items were broken or dirty. I must admit they had a nice selection of women's coats with great prices. I ended up purchasing 3 coats. I did not encounter the staff until I checked out. The customer service was friendly and professional.
