Also, Some of the stores are gone and some may follow after being told this by other store owners or managers at this mall location. Selection at this mall here is far and in between of private sellers in the middle of the mall and name brand stores. Also do NOT forget this mall is for sale even though its still open to the public for people to come walk around the mall area. I wonder if this mall did sale what would happen to this mall over time since the management changes and this mall being for sale for a pricey dollar. I wonder if new stores would come to this mall or stay away. Who knows.

The last time I stepped into Burlington, they had coat factory behind the name, so I was not sure what to expect. When I walked in, it looked like a cross between Ross and Goodwill. It did not at all look like a brand new store that opened a couple of months ago in November. Everything was unorganized. The home goods section had some nice items, but many items were broken or dirty. I must admit they had a nice selection of women's coats with great prices. I ended up purchasing 3 coats. I did not encounter the staff until I checked out. The customer service was friendly and professional. If you are looking for a good find and have time to look at everything, you might come across some good deals.

The anchor stores of this mall include JC Penney, Belk, TJ Maxx, and Office Depot. A couple of other stores to note are Margarita's Mexican Restaurant, Bath & Body Works, Merle Norman, Rack Room Shoes, and Rite Aid to name several. I guess this is a great mall if you are looking to do some shopping and trying to avoid the crowds typical of most malls in America.

I will say that the mobile order and pickup at this Target is very reliable and fast! Both times I pulled up to the parking space and employees were already waiting for me. This Target has a great selection of items; I could wander the aisles all day! I gave it only 3 stars because of how this Target handles COVID-19. It is common to wait in line for long periods of time while the store is fairly empty in both the main store and the separate men's department. Unfortunately if you are in this part of middle Georgia and looking for a department store shopping experience Belk is as good as it gets. Prices are reasonable when there is a sale. On my most recent visit on a Sunday 30 minutes before closing time. I stood in the check-out line while the person in front of me was being rung up. There were two associates and 2 registers. I assumed one register was closed but after 5 minutes of waiting the other associate says "come on" signaling me to come to the register for her to ring me up. No greeting just a "come on" and will you be using your Belk card. I've never worked at Belk but I'm pretty sure following that question you are supposed to ask if I want to open one up. The answer would have been no, but still she was very rude. I only come to this location when I have to purchase something that I don't have time to wait for in the mail or travel to Macon to get. This Belk has the worst selection of women's clothing and home items amongst any I've been to and is very unorganized. Surprisingly the men's department is decent and well organized. Next time I will drive the extra 30 miles to the Macon location where I always have a positive experience.

Many other locations will cancel items rather than honor my "Best match" substitution request. Eastman has always taken time to make a solid substitution selection, and even called me to give me options when an item was unavailable. I'm not sure if they outsource, or their own employees deliver, but I live a good distance out- they go above and beyond to fulfill the order and to deliver them with care- out of weather, and once even in a tub on my porch during strong winds, which I didn't even request. I really appreciate this location, and they truly shine big above the dozens that I've ordered from. They are courteous, and have even shown friendly patience when my pups were outside on a break when they pulled up. I'm very careful to be more aware of their arrival window and my dogs porch time since then haha. I don't think I've ever encountered a Walmart with so much dedication and pride in their business, and genuine delivery staff who seem to work for a purpose, not just a paycheck. Thanks a million!! Side notes to add- I also used curbside a dozen times, before I realized they would deliver all the way out to me (near Alamo!) and they are super fast. They are out with your groceries in less than 5 minutes every time. And as someone who separates my bagged groceries to where they go in the house, when using self- checkout, I love that these shoppers do the same- for both curbside and delivery! Freezer food, bathroom stuff, cabinet, fridge- all put in their respective bags. I've just never had a single negative experience with anything from shopping to delivery, and staff to organization and cleanliness.
