I wrote a quick note on my order in regards to needing it in the next few days. I called the next morning at 9:30 am (they open at 7:30am which I thought was amazing, what business is open that early?!?). I spoke to Mario and asked if a rush would even be possible since every piece is made to order right here in the USA and usually takes 2-5days. Mario said he had already made my order a priority that morning. He asked when exactly I needed to have the apron and assured it would be mailed by the next day. He asked where I lived to make sure that the shipping option I chose would get it here in time. We were experienced some tropical storm weather in Florida, so he also told me that if USPS was experiencing delays that he would ship it UPS at no additional charge to ensure I would receive it in time. Then, get this, I received an email within 4 hours letting me know that my order had shipped!!! Can you believe that?! I was shocked. Now that is AMAZING customer service!!! I am beyond happy with Koda, their staff and products. Anyone who is looking for a quality, made in the USA product please don't hesitate to order from Koda. A company that cares!

I got my few items and went to the cash registers desk. To be rained up. I got my three items went to my car. Forgot I need baby wipes went back into the store got baby wipes got in line behind the popo. Which was a self-checkout. I had no problems with ringing up my baby wipes and that were $2.95. but the older woman with all the gray hair jumps up and tells me that she'll ring me up. I told her I didn't need your help there's a self-check. I was waiting for the popo to finish his order. I will ring up my own. She felt some type of way cuz she didn't want the cop to know that they didn't have anybody on the front end. And especially like little black woman ring up her own s***. Which pissed me off. You should have been up there in the beginning and I wouldn't have to ring up my own products on the self checkout doing your job. She felt some kind of way I didn't care about all that Caucasity. I told her I know you didn't want that black woman to ring about her own stuff because you thought I can walk out the door every f****** body is not like everybody else y'all need to stop blaming everybody that's brown skin that for the other brown skin unprofessionals that came in your store. He highly recommended Granny Hazel and I needed to hear no more. I spoke to her about the complaint below to learn what happened. She said she had told "the complainer" that the roses "the customer" demanded would NOT hold up but "the customer" insisted as if she knew more than a florist who had been in business for 65 years. It is common practice that if a customer is "impossible," replacement is expected with the charge up front and you just proved that was the right charge or you would have certainly put her at a great expense over profit. Overcharging is also a judgement call in trying to get those who WOULD OBVIOUSLY bring harm to a business to please go some place else. Excuse me, but I'd say she's a pretty good judge of character and a smart cookie - right on target. If everyone were like "that customer," her business would not be possible at all. Everyone who uses Granny Hazel loves both her and her work. But to harm a business like that when the fault was your own? Well, let's just say you need Jesus, ma'am. Granny Hazel does FANTASTIC work if you turn it over to her professional expertise. If you are demanding as the complainer below, however, and won't listen to the advice of the florist to start, as if you were one yourself, you will get what you ask for. Sounds to me like you were having a grief issue and owe Granny Hazel an apology for that "just awful" undeserved post. What a horrible person to say such things about one of our beloved and elder community members! Otherwise, I am sorry for your loss. Granny Hazel, however, will not be harmed by your malice if I have anything to say about it. You had one bad experience because your ears were closed to florist advice and then turned on one bad experience to destroy a business. Please do not use this florist. We paid almost 1,000.00 for a casket spread. After the funeral we…read morecalled 3 Atlanta florist, another in Macon and one in Eastman and all quoted a price of 450.00. We even told them the exact flowers that were used and how many. Even the funeral director was appalled at how she had taken advantage of us. Any one that is that willing to take advantage of out of town guest that are grieving does not deserve to be used as your florist. Don't get me wrong the flowers were pretty, but the fact that we were so over charged and the owner of the shop was so rude made the whole experience bad. The flowers did not even last the whole 2 days of the visitation and funeral without having to be replaced! I urge you to do research before(unlike us) and use another company for all other floral occasions.
