I had to go into Target to get some last minute items for work. I usually do Target's mobile order and pickup, but I needed things right away. I will say that the mobile order and pickup at this Target is very reliable and fast! Both times I pulled up to the parking space and employees were already waiting for me. This Target has a great selection of items; I could wander the aisles all day! I gave it only 3 stars because of how this Target handles COVID-19. When walking into the store, there is a sign that says masks are required. However, there were several customers who weren't wearing masks and employees were not enforcing it. read more

The entire makeup section was full of trash, open boxes, used tissues. Nothing was in the right spot. I went to check out lashes and the cashiers were on their phone not even paying attention. The Starbucks at this location is the WORST! I went to order a drink for me, my man and our daughter and the lady behind the register said "we don't have that drink" so I simply said "ma'am it's right there on your menu like word for word" she then stated well we're out of it right now so I asked her for any drink that was similar. She proceeded to check us out and gave my daughter her drink and my man and everyone else in line and never gave me mine. My man then said my lady didn't get her drink which she then "stated well what did she get" I informed her of what I got where she then stated "didn't I tell you we don't have that." I then said "yes ma'am and then we ordered a drink that you said was similar that you did have and yet I'm still sitting here without a drink." The young lady then walked from behind the counter and walked off into the target store. Finally updating my review now that this Target has updated itself. More choices and cleaner store for sure. Finally has a Starbucks...BUT they charge extra for certain things that other Starbucks don't! Employee told me their manager makes them do that now....not cool. My husband and I visited this location(Sunday November 30 approx. 5:00pm) to get a sim card. They were out of stock. The young man that helped us went the extra mile(earning the one star) to check to see when they would be getting more. In the middle of him helping and talking to my husband about the product he was rudely interrupted by his co worker, who knew he was customer engaging, all to show him he found a box cutter. REALLY! We pickup up a baby alive doll and a couple other things, and was check-out by Shay or Shai. My husband did her job for her by greeting her, instead of her greeting us. She started scanning our items without looking at us, then she probably felt me starring at her so she looked up and looked all around. I have over 15 years of experience in customer service training, so my husband already knew what I was doing. Then to add insult to this experience, she cartwheels our doll to the end as though we are suppose to bag that ourselves. If my husband was not with me I would have went HR on her. So careless, and nonchalant. I was just starring, so he saved her and said ma'am do you have a bag for this? I realized maybe the lashes were way to heavy on her eyelids, causing her not to engage with her customers. The service reps at Wal-Mart at least speak to you. This type of service continues to happen because management don't hold staff accountable for their lack of service, would rather be liked than respected, they are not mystery shopped & people are so used to un-sat service they just deal with it. Target, your customers deserve better than Shai or Shay. I would not want my customers having her as their last encounter before leaving. She does not reflect an appreciation for the customer choosing this store. read more

Ugh! I've lived in small towns before. But, I never would have thought that a town of 20,000 people wouldn't have a Target store. So, because of the season, I didn't want to order online. And, Target has some stuff that I can't find elsewhere. But, having to drive 46 miles (shortest route) to get there, and 51 miles (fastest route) coming back, I made sure that I needed several things from there. I found the store, and the restroom to be very clean. Since the store was laid out a lot differently than the ones in Arizona (while having the groceries close to the checkout was a good thing, paper products were near the cleaning supplies), I had to ask where 2 things were. The CSRs were very helpful in finding, or directing me, to the stuff I needed. A big change from the usual experience at a major retailer in central Georgia. But, next time, it's online only. At least until Mville gets a Target here. read more

I used to hate on Target because I thought it was bougie. Well, it it bougie, but I completely understand now. There are things that Target just gets right. The formula that I feed my baby, for instance, is only at Target. Target's clothing lines have also come a long way. And yes, sometimes I go to Target because I don't feel like dealing with people at Walmart. It is what it is. This Target sits in the main shopping strip on Watson Blvd, so there's never really a great time to go, but the alternative is one of the Walmart's so pick and choose your battle. I bought a 42 inch vizio tv from Target.com the apps were so small i couldn't see them so i emailed Target to do a refund they sent me a label and the tv was sent back within the week. I waited for the 10 business days to receive the refund and they never gave it to me I called and spoke to a senior specialist named Sean at that time he said he dont know what happened to the tv once UPS picked it up from my house but still refused to give me a refund . I then contacted UPS who called Target on a three way call trying to get Target to cooperate so they could make a Claim and they refused. The clothing sections of Target in Warner Robins GA always look like a Thrift Store, especially in mens clothing. Things are thrown everywhere and the shelves and racks are very seldom organized. The biggest issue is where the associates are hanging folding and unboxing clothes in the mens clothing area. Don't they have another area of the store for that? We used to shop here regularly spending hundreds every visit, Today changed that. During our visit today we witnessed People playing with merchandise dropping merchandise being loud throwing merchandise inside of the store, swearing just being plain ignorant playing inside of the store, also the whole store smelled like a porter potty from lack of cleaning restrooms i'm assuming you could smell it upon entering and employees working this afternoon had little no no mannors today which is odd because usually we have a delightful experience here. Today was my second time being disrespected by an employee in this Target. I LOVE Target and I recently moved to Warner Robins from South Florida today was worse than the first encounter! Employee REFUSED to hand me my items and my receipt she placed both on the counter when my hands were clearly out ! As we all know, this is the only Target and most of the time they are great and friendly. However, this last time we went in, we went over to the customer service desk. The older lady in a big red bow in her hair was rude and very dismissive. She was unwilling to help in anyway. We had to request a manager for better service. He was able to help our dilemma and was very courteous and friendly. His customer service was very accommodating. The customer service rep should be replaced with someone with better skill set to the customers. She should be reminded that without customers, she has no job. She should work in a warehouse with no customer contact. read more

I refuse to shop at Target again. My son received SIMs 4 for PS4, but only has an Xbox One. Tried to exchange for same game on different system, but they would only give in store credit for the amount it was on sale for at some point in the last month without a receipt. It was a $20 difference and he would have had to spend money to get it for the Xbox one. The current price of both PS4 and Xbox One versions were both the same price. I even spoke with a manager and he could not go against store policy. Never purchase presents for from Target if you want to keep your recipient from having to deal with anti-customer return policies. I have had this same situation happen in the past where a relative purchases a game for my kids on the wrong system and we had to exchange it at Walmart without any issues. I could understand requesting a refund doing this, but one for one exchanges should be allowed since the store is not losing money since they are getting the same retail price for both versions. read more

I was in this store yesterday. In fact, shopping at Target wasn't in the day's plans, but I stopped in anyways. I was shopping in the dollar section and it seemed as though the eye in the sky sent me a personal shopper. Although she didn't offer her services, it was obvious that she was told to come over and "check" on me as though I was stealing. To my disappointment, she wasn't my appointed personal shopper for the day. I finished browsing the necessary departments to fulfill my Target shopping trip, put an item back and left.
