Good enough for a quick stop and pick up a few snacks. The parking lot was well lit and clean though a few cart corrals needed attention and the trash can next to where I parked was full. Inside, well lit and I had no problems finding the few things I needed. Self-checkout worked fine despite half of the machines either out of order or simply turned off. Waited in line for 2 hours for an online pickup order after using the app to let them know I was on my way.. Several people that arrived after me got their orders first. Asked 2 associates to check on my order and heard nothing. Finally received my order after going inside the store and talking with a manager. There's really no excuse for such a long delay. read more

I went to Wal Mart to sell my 3 extra cell phones in their kiosk. All 3 phones are in perfect working order. 2 Of them are 2024 models. They all use type C charging cables, which is the most common. The kiosk is incompatible with type C charge cables. So the kiosk wanted to evaluate the phones as non working, and pay as little as possible for them. This is BS, the kiosk is a scam and a rip off. Whoever is in charge of it is no better than any other thief out there. read more

Avery the manager was a total jerk. Telling me Walmart policy doesn't allow the transaction I was trying to make. I pulled up the policy on my Walmart app read it to him and he still did NOT help me. He said the store has local rules. This is BS I worked for big box retail stores and there is no "local" policies specific to each store. He was rude and lazy. Another Wal Mart in Warner Robins GA where the debit card readers do NOT work. It is the winter holiday shopping time and Wal-Mart has debit card readers that do NOT function properly. Maybe my card didn't have money on it? Nope! I went to a nearby pizza store and did a successful purchase with the same debit card. I successfully make purchases at the nearby to the Walmart QT convenience store. Cards function fine. It's Walmart and it's lousy card reader systems. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Let me start off my saying I always give people the benefit of the doubt, and I'm understanding when it comes to conflict in customer service, as being a service provider myself. The frustration I felt at this Walmart's Automotive center was infuriating. I had an appointment at 7AM to get 4 new tires installed. I arrived at 6:50AM and there were two cars in front of me, I had no issue being early, so I waited. The confirmation for the appointment states that there is a 15 minute grace period, so when it got to 7:05 and no one was out there I continued to wait. It got to 7:10 and that's when I called the Automotive department, to which I received no answer. I called the Walmart customer service department and no one answered. I continued calling both numbers multiple times for 5 minutes, and this point it was 7:15, and finally someone in customer service answered. I told the girl that I was waiting for my appointment and that no one was there and she just told me to continue to wait and hung up. So I waited. It got to 7:30 and no one was out there, and I continued calling every department in the store and no one answered. Around 7:40 the older gentleman in the very front of me got out of his car and began knocking on the door to the automotive department, and I got out and talked to him. He was frustrated and so was I. The lady in between us also said that she was calling the store and no one answered her either. Around 7:50 someone finally comes out and begins checking everyone in. I get checked in closer to 8AM. I asked her if this would affect my appointment time and she said "they don't do appointments." I was confused so I showed her my email confirmation and she said they don't take appointments and that it's first come first serve and that it should take an hour for my tire installation, I said that's fine, I was already frustrated but it was okay, I needed new tires. I had an appointment at 9:45 that was luckily down the street so I wasn't worried. I waited an hour, and at 8:58 I received a text stating that my cars service had just begun. I went up to the front and told the lady that I had an appointment at 9:45, and her estimate for my tires was that everything would be finished around 10-10:30. I quickly canceled my appointment because I knew I wasn't going to make it. At this point I've been waiting since 6:50 in the morning. The girl came back and offered to just install two tires now and to come back for the other two, which I denied because I was not about to wait another 3 hours on a different day for tires. When my car was finally finished at 9:45, I asked if there was a manager or anyone I could talk to and she said no, I explained my frustration and she said "I don't know what you want me to do." I replied and said it would've been nice to at least have some kind of understanding and to just have my frustration acknowledged at this point. I received no compensation or anything to make the situation better, and I paid and took my car and left after getting the tires. I hate that this situation made me act out of character, but I had been there for 3 hours, I had to cancel a medical appointment, and the lack of customer service was the icing on the cake. Just because something is cheaper doesn't make it better, and I will be going somewhere else where people actually care about customer service and making situations better. read more

Ok so I only post reviews when they're positive. The last 3 times at this location have been 0. First off I ordered a clothing item 3 months ago from this location. It never came and 3 times I was told I would be notified in 48 hrs and never was any of the times. 3 months later no item and no refund. Second time grocery list was moved to a other location without my approval first when my car was broken down so had to beg someone to go to another location for me to pick it up. They never asked or told me it would be moved 29 minutes away. Third time ordered a Christmas gift for my son and was notified it was canceled at the exact time I was there to pick it up according to their scheduled time. 4 the time tried to pick up a medication from the pharmacy that they said was not in their system but with a different person the next day was able to pick up. So many wasted trips and time at this location !!!! read more

There really should be 0 stars to select! My husband and I bought 4 new tires online for his truck. He made an appointment online. Our appointment was at 11:00 and we arrived at 10:45. There were 3 guys working that day. It took them 3 hours to finish the job! Two weeks later I had a flat on my car. It was time for new tires so again we ordered new tires. We made an appointment online for 10:00. We thought if we had an earlier appointment it wouldn't take as long. WRONG!!!!!!! It took them 3 1/2 hours to put 4 tires on my car. I spoke with a manager who did apologize for the delay. She said they were short staffed. We watched the mechanics working. They were moving like molasses in winter!!! Absolutely no sense of urgency. Walmart needs to either stop making appointments or have appointments only. It is so obvious they can not handle both! I told the manger I would NEVER buy tires from there again. She shrugged her shoulders and walked off. Who is the District Manager for this store? Shame on you Walmart! You are a perfect example of corporate greed! You do not care about your customers. As long as we are pulling out our wallets you DO NOT CARE! I will never darken the door of a Walmart again. Oh and remember kharma's a bitch! read more

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted at the customer service at this Walmart. They were the absolute worst. I along with like 50-80 other people had lined up at either the two open registers or the self check out line to pay for our things to leave before the store closed. I stood in line for at least 25 minutes! When I finally made it to the front (3 people away from the register that I waited in) I was told by an associate that I along with the 15-20 people in line behind me needed to go line up behind the already 30-40 people deep line at the self check out. I asked why and her response what that the cashier was off and needed to go home. I said,"Well why can't a manager take over for him or why don't you open up another register?!" and she said,"Sorry, you are going to have to get in the self check out line." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Worst Walmart I've ever been to in all of the different states I have traveled through. The people behind me were very upset as well. DO BETTER WALMART! Having numerous employees pick up the line and then hang up, having employees claim I reached the wrong department, having employees refuse to answer the phone. I went in to get some things for my car and house, I saw a sign for command products that looked like $1.54. when they rang up they were $8+, I went to the back took pictures of both sides of the product stand and went to customer service. The lady started out nice then got an attitude with me I showed her the pictures she showed a manager and they both stated that it was $154.00 dollars I stated for one and she said no That is for something else. I said well it needs to be fixed so no one else is mistaken it for $1.54 like I was and they never changed the price stated they would refund me if I didn't want the product. both were very rude, to be a manager you should have better customer service than that. read more

I wanted to let you know about a troubling experience I had the last two days at a Walmart Auto Center in Warner Robins, Georgia at 2720 Watson Blvd. This is store #01367. I came in with my son to purchase two tires. We instructed the technician to replace the front driver's side tire and to place a new tire on the front driver's side. We asked for the passenger side front tire to be rotated to the back of the passenger side. This was to ensure that my son would have two new tires on the front of his car. First, I was informed by the technician that to move one tire from the front to the back would constitute a tire rotation and would cost $48.00. This seemed excessive, but I agreed. Next, when we returned to pick up the car, we found that our instructions had not been followed. We were told that moving our original front passenger tire to the back was against store policy even though the Walmart site clearly indicates that a single tire can be moved from one location to another for a mere $2.50, not the $48 I was changed. Then, we were informed that the technicians discarded our perfectly good front passenger tire and replaced it with a new tire. This was not what was requested. However, in doing so, they failed to replace the tire I actually wanted, the rear passenger tire which was very thin on tread. By the time we realized this, I had already paid for two tires, a tire rotation, and an oil change. The auto center was closing and we resolved to return the next day. Upon returning today, the on-duty manager whose name was Brent or Brant told my husband that despite the fact that their employees made a mistake, we would just have to buy a third tire. He offered a trivial $24.00 off the price of the tire, but said he had no more of the desired tire in stock and that he could sell us a more expensive tire. He said he would call us on Friday, two days from today when the new tire was in stock. He made no attempt rectify the price of the tire rotation, which is obviously not the service I requested. Additionally, my son, whose vehicle it was, never signed for any transaction. However, a signature that was a mere squiggly line was shown as on the order. Obviously, he did not consent to the changes they made. So, at this point, my son still has an inadequate tire that has yet to be replaced. I am hesitant to wait for Friday. This auto center has lost all credibility with me. I have no faith that the tire will be in stock, that we will receive a call, or that the desired service will be completed with any fidelity. In short, we are done with this Walmart. There are too many service options in our area to persist in visiting a retailer who I do not trust, especially when it comes to something as important as a tire. When I buy a tire for my college-age son, his life is in the hands of those who perform this service work. I feel as though we were manipulated, deceived, and cheated. read more

She said "The whole world is short staffed." I said "What do you mean? Why?" And she said "The government!" So I try to avoid this Wal-Mart just because it's always busy and most of the time they are out of stuff but I was in the area so decided to stop. Going to checkout and the lines were insanely Long but that's Wal-Mart for you and I try not to complain cause I've worked in customer service before and I know having a lot of registers open can be hectic but none the less it was a super long shopping experience from grocery shopping to checking out, my daughter for very agitated so thankfully their was a McDonald's to get her something to nibble on really quick but our cashier was very nice, it was her first night on the cashier but she did very well and had a great attitude! read more

We came for a few times recently for supplies. It was an average Walmart, not quite a good as the ones in the Midwest and probably slightly better than the ones in the Northeast. There is a decent selection of fresh fruits and precooked foods. There were lines at the manned checkouts but going through self checkout was quick and easy. read more

It's the weekend before Christmas and there are people lined up down the entire front of the store waiting to check out and instead of opening more registers. They are steadily closing all of the registers one by one. They do not even have the self check out open and the store doesn't close any time soon. This place has incredibly poor management and shouldn't be open if they can't even run the check out area. There is no customer service. The sales associates don't even look at you in the eye as they close the register and walk away from a line of customers that is over 20 people deep. After waiting in line for an 1/2 an hour they closed the line I was waiting in and I was told to go to another line. I finally just dropped everything I had and left. I will never buy anything from this store again. read more

dont & i mean dont use pickup & delivery in any of 4 warner robins supercenters, been having many many issues from the start ! latest issue, placed a order to be sent to my daughters home, got a email delivery was delayed, i can live with that, got another email telling me food was delivered, 2 minutes later, great i said to myself, called my daughter to make sure she got complete order she said to me, mom i did not get any delivery, it showed in my orders it was delivered, so i call wal-mart.com, of course they gave me a runaround, finally they told me the store that was suppose to do the delivery, called the store, employees in the pickup & delivery dept all left early.i was told. called this morning, all but 1 item was available, so they canceled the order, after it showed, it had been delivered, how can this be, items all cancelled but yet delivered, i was charged for all items, that was never delivered.i pay a yearly fee for delivery. not my fault my items was out of stock, there was a picture taken by delivery person, that showed nothing but a black picture, what is going on with this company, never again ! read more

I rarely have anything positive to say about Walmart, so when they were the closest location with the tires I needed last year I was a little dissapointed. Flash forward to an unexpected flat. I couldn't find the paperwork for the tires, but when I called, Cheryl took the time to look it up and print an extra copy of my purchase and roadside warranty. When I arrived, Jessica pulled off the flat and put my spare on so I wouldn't be without a car until the replacement arrived. Two days later Jessica called to tell me my tire was ready, it had probably sat there her entire day off, no one else called to let me know it had arrived. Thanks to Cheryl and Jessica (and the roadside warranty) this was quite possibly the least painful Walmart experience I've ever had, certainly the best tire experience. The ladies get 5 stars, I gave 4 because I had to wait in a room with huffy people of Walmart...seriously, sighing angrily does not speed up the process. read more

I went into this Walmart location looking for a specific bike, which they had....only ONE available exactly as the one online. The problem was that there was no one available to get it down for me. There was no associate in that department. I walked to the back of the store for the nearest associate and she was kind enough to phone customer service (I guess), who in turn paged for assistance on the overhead intercom. I rushed back to the sporting goods section where the bikes were located. I waited 30 minutes and still no one came. When I got tired of waiting, I left. I called a friend of mine who was in the next county over and found the bike at that location. They, too, had only one; and I had to ask twice for assistance with getting the bike down off the rack. But there, at least I did get it and the associate was not on the other side of the store (which is why I went back for the second request for assistance). If they are going to have a store open 24 hours, shouldn't there be at least one associate per department, still, just in case someone does actually want to buy something that is still for sale at the end of the typical 9-5 workday? read more
