The workers are all very kind and generous, often measuring lengths of fabrics and trims more with their heart than the rulers. I have never had an unpleasant experience with fine fabrics and I visited their Norcross location many a time, as well. If you're looking to stock up on materials, make a wedding dress, or your next cosplay, Fine Fabrics would be my number one choice for fabric and notions.

My only complaint is that it can be hard to navigate the aisle due to all the merchandise, the building has an unpleasant smell, and figuring out the price can be hard. The following day I had a question about the order and emailed customer service as well as making numerous calls per day over numerous days - leaving voicemails with no response. This morning I went online and the business is listed as "temporarily closed".... I still have a $1500 charge on my credit card. If the business is "temporarily closing" then there shouldn't be any charges and the customer should be contacted. Even better the website should not permit online orders. This business is unethical.
