He told a customer he was going to steal her Amazon package - which he later said was a "joke", but when the customer did not find it funny, he began to argue. I literally get anxiety every time I think about having to go to this UPS location. They act like I'm an inconvenience if I need their assistance at the register and not using the Amazon kiosk. Today's experience was the worst! No one was in the front when I walked in. So I said "hello". No response but I did hear someone moving around in the back. So I said "hello" Again. At that time Will appears and says "I heard you say hello the first time. I will be with you in a minute ". He's customer service is a big fat zero! Aniya was wonderful. I called before coming and was greeted by her and my questions were answered nicely so I decided to stop by. The location is open on a Sunday which is already a plus, and when I got there I had a rolling cart full ups returns that needed to be individually scanned and she was incredibly patient and helpful and never made me feel rushed. I can't ask for more from a UPS store. It looked like she was by herself and could've used some help but she would've never known it the way that she handled everyone in the store. Their reply totally disregarded the complaint. I was going to ship with them. The clerk said that they charge $15 in addition to the shipping fee. Worked for UPS for 43 years so nice try with the deflection. Your own reviews show how bad your service is and a nearby UPS Store services many of the customers you drove away. Quick, convenient. Had to have documents notarized and would be 5 Star but they had a black pen at counter. Normally not an issue but blue is REQUIRED for notarizing. So had to do it again another day. Tip: throw away the black pens, only have blue so no one can make this mistake read more

Although the girls were nice when I sent out my "guaranteed" over night package, the male worker was incredibly rude and difficult when I called to complain that my package took two days to travel within the state. I initially was on hold for 10 minutes, then the phone was not answered for 1 hr then when I asked for the gentleman's name he refused to give it to me.Had the service not been guaranteed, I could have delivered the package myself. I paid 50$ for false promises. There was no disclaimer re: TSA, weather, etc. This is their primary service.Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Per Yelp, I was 10 minutes out from closing. When I called to confirm the hours, the jovial Misty confirmed & told me to be on time as the crew was walking out at 5P on the dot! She did so with humor yet was serious. She gave me that same type of vibe when I walked in & my wait wasn't as long as I anticipated. This location is one of the tidiest stores even with the massive boxes holding to be shipped out. The self-service supplies are well stocked along with other products to purchase. It is disheartening to see that such racial discrimination still persists in our society, and it is important to shed light on this incident to raise awareness and demand change. Unfriendly, horrible service, rude. If I wanted to be treated this way I'd go down the street to the USPS on Glenridge. The employee tried to tell me it would take up to 10 days to get a surface shipment to South Carolina. Heck the USPS can beat that! She's doesn't show me the pricing options, just quotes a $25 charge for ground service, doesn't explain the make-up of the charge. I will take my business elsewhere in the future, even if I have to go to the USPS. I had a similar experience with this employee a couple of weeks ago when I needed to send a mailing overnight.... What a colossal disaster. I ordered a professional print job from the UPS store website and received confirmation of print job and they took my money. Upon going to pick it up, the day before an important client meeting in which I would need these documents, the manager told me he had no idea what I was talking about and then began berating me in a high tone telling me to listen to him after he told me the same thing four times "THis is not our fault, this is UPS (brown uniform peoples) problem and you need to contact UPS). I told him I would like a refund for the service that was not delivered and he responded "NO" and began getting more and more angry with me - yes I was angry back but I left the store with no product, no refund and no recourse to receive a refund. This has not only turned me against the UPS store but also UPS as a whole. Worst customer service I believe I have experience EVER. I contacted customer service who agreed with me that the store should have provided me a refund and that my best bet was to reverse the charge with AMEX. How sad an experience. This man has no business managing a store and UPS has no business hiring individuals such as this. Still no refund, no print job (too late for that now) and no satisfaction. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use UPS. read more

There's an employee here, Will, that refuses to help you if you're young and white. I have gone into this location multiple times to have one page notarized; all times he has argued with me on how it needs to be filled out. Every time my document gets denied because it's ineligible or stamped incorrectly. I live paycheck to paycheck so I can't afford to keep going to get the same document notarized bc an employee won't listen to what I have to say. Corporate office is impossible to get get ahold of too. read more

Worst UPS in this area. I don't usually go here but my usual one was closed early. The man working the counter was scrolling on instagram while I was waiting for him to take my Amazon returns. I told him I have some returns twice and he ignored me. Once he finally got off his phone he was moving extremely slow and couldn't figure out how to scan the items in. Absolutley no sense of urgency even with a line out the door. UPS off of Roswell a mile a way is much better. read more

I stopped in about 15 minutes before closing last night to finally mail the t-shirts for a t-shirt quilt. I'd hesitated because I didn't have a box. (Seriously, the 2 weeks of the month when I don't have any Amazon boxes in the house...). I was greeted warmly by Matthew, who took the shirts and form and took them to the back to pack and ship. He wrapped them in plastic, then put them in a box, and taped it up securely. While he was doing that, another employee got all my information and the address entered, so that it was ready to go as soon as he weighed the box. I had to pay $3 for the box, sign an insurance/liability type form, and my credit card receipt, and that was it. I usually just drop something off with a prepaid label, but these folks were so friendly that I will happily return. read more
