FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

This FedEx is my go to when I need to print something out quickly. It's the only reason I've needed…read moreto stop in. Location Located in a shopping center, the parking can be a little awkward and tight in front, but off to the side it's a bit easier to navigate. Service Most time I don't need help, but it's nice to have it offered. Usually I'm not greeted or asked if I need assistance. It doesn't ever seem to be busy, but service does seem to be slow. Which is odd considering there are usually multiple people working. Offerings They have computers for use, printers, shipping services and general office supplies.

Then when he scanned the shipping label he said the plain bag would be $4?? I'm sorry you have boxes and padded mailers less than $2 and what you gave me was also too small for my box and I asked for the least expensive means of shipping. I said I'd purchase something off the shelf and he said because I'd already taped the bag I'd need to pay for it. When I said there were several less expensive items and I was asking for the least expensive way to ship the box he just laughed and said "yeah crazy". Real quality employees here, happy to screw over customer rather than actually help.

What stands out most is the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. Whether I'm shipping packages, printing documents, or handling mailbox services, the team is always efficient and helpful. Even during busy periods, they keep things moving smoothly and treat customers with respect. It's clear that customer service and operational excellence are priorities at this location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

I went to the 680 Johnson Ferry Road location around 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 29th, to get a…read moreone-sentence document notarized. I had called ahead and confirmed the notary was in until 6. When I arrived, the notary quoted me $2 for the notarization, a $3 "convenience fee" for not having an appointment, and a $15 "clerical and administrative time" fee. Their fee card states that this clerical fee applies to complex documents such as powers of attorney, wills, and deeds which require more time. Mine was a single sentence, so I asked her to review the description. I've had many documents notarized at UPS stores over the past couple of years and have never been charged anything like this. Instead of reviewing the fee, she asked whether I was uncomfortable with her as a notary. I said no -- I just didn't understand the fee. She then asked if I had another copy of my document. When I said no, she asked to see the one I had, and I assumed she wanted to reconsider the clerical fee. Instead, she took a thick black marker and struck across the document, making it unusable. I left without it. The next day, my bank notarized the same document for free. I dropped it at the UPS store at Sandy Springs Place for shipping. I asked the notary what the fee would be for this document for future reference, and he confirmed the charge would be $2, with no admin or convenience fees, because it's one sentence. If you need a notary, I'd avoid the Johnson Ferry Road location. The folks at Sandy Springs Place were friendly and far more reasonable.
