Showed up at 6:59, the hours said they are open til 7. I literally just had to drop off a Nuuly bag. This employee, a young man, already had doors locked, gates inside down and everything. They were quick, efficient and provided me accurate options. They always have an optimistic attitude and help to solve problems.

Hethal was the sweetest lady. She is usually the one at the front of store helping everyone. In under 10 minutes she was able to get through a line of 5 customers. That is fast service. I had 4 orders to mail myself. She spoke politely, made you felt welcome as soon as you entered into the store and she acknowledged you if she was taking a little longer in line to help another customer. Hetal Mehta, the Manager, helped me today with the Fingerprinting service in which I needed to obtain as soon as possible. She was very professional, efficient, and went out of her way to accommodate my busy schedule. Their office also assisted me with shipping many packages through the years, and with Notarization services. This is the Best UPS store in the area by far! Didn't have much of an encounter with the employees but she did assist me with mailing my USPS envelopes. Very convenient location.

Used this place for years, but seems to have gone downhill big time. Had first issue with a damaged shipment and got total run around in trying to get even a partial credit back. Customer Service is clearly not a priority. They have lost my business. Other UPS down the road and multiple other places to ship. All feel like better choices . read more

This place seems alright. I needed to drop a package off that I had already arranged for online so I went here as it is closest to me at work. Very small but it's in a strip-mall so that is to be expected. I was in and out real fast but it seemed to be tidy and clean. The woman working the counter noticed I was just dropping off and ushered me to the correct area. She was very nice and was not concerned that I did not come there to purchase anything, per se, from their store. I will probably be back here soon and will have more to contribute after some more investigations... read more

She was able to make the process of shipping a package out super painless. Hetal is amazing at providing brilliant customer service: I work in the area and go to this store for both my personal and work needs. No matter how many packages I have (a lot of my Christmas gifts that did not work out from Amazon), they get my packages delivered on time. I frequently visit this store and I love their service. On my last visit Ahlohn was very helpful and quickly processed my package. I told him that I was shipping some mask and hand sanitizer to a friend who has an elderly mother at home. He asked if I had any gloves and I said no. He disappeared for a moment and returned with some gloves and said I'd like to help. I was touched by his generosity. I will always use this store for any of my shipping needs! read more

Needed to package a large item for cheap. The woman who helped me suggested a standard 24x18x6 box without the customized boxing, all the peanuts and such - cut the price down in half from $20 to $10. Very helpful, friendly, and quick service. Will return. read more

I have lived in this area for about 10 years, and I have to say, this shop has gone down hill and up price. It used to be my go to place and I really liked the lady who I believe was the manager, she was helpful and knowledgeable. Now, it's sort of meh, we don't really care, whatever, nobody is trying very hard to provide a good customer experience. I have had about 3 such experiences prior to leaving this review over the last 6 weeks or so. It's a tough old market and customer service matters. I think I'm cruisin' on over to FedEx in the future. Sort of a shame though. read more

I purchased a box for a new start up under the previous management. I asked for the after hours passcode 3 times. Also some bank cards that we ordered never arrived although the bank said that they delivered them. I went in to complain and discovered that the place just turned over to new management. The new owners were apologetic and eager to please and resolved the problem quickly. This is an excellent address for branding purposes and I am glad that it worked out. Gove them a try. read more

I had an interesting experience today at this UPS store. For the record, I usually am in UPS stores forever, waiting to be helped because I usually am printing something then a ton of other people come in while I'm doing that. Today, the manager Chris, helped me throughout the process which made it so much faster than it usually is for me. During that, a customer walked in and was getting assisted by the other employee, this customer decided that it wasn't right for Chris to stand there and wait for my printing to stop... this customer got mad at Chris for doing his job and doing it well. I was truly appalled. I usually wait so long in these stores and he did the right thing and was getting in trouble for it. If you ever are on a time crunch, and need to get stuff printed fast, go to this UPS!! Thank you Chris read more

This location, as well as the other store owned by the same people (on McGinnis Ferry in the Publix shopping center) are fabulous. I have shipped many items from the smallest package to furniture from this store. They are highly knowledgeable and efficient, courteous and very appreciative of my business. I have seen them interacting with many other customers and they are they kind of vendors that work with their customers to find solutions. The prices are reasonable and I actually enjoy going in to check my business mailbox. The offer document shredding and printing services in a very convenient location where you can grab a Starbucks on your way in or out. I recommend them highly. read more

We went in to get something notarized and faxed on a Friday at around 5ish. There was one gentleman named Jeremy and about 4 customers in line. This gentleman ran his rear off to accommodate all of us. He had a smile on his face as he took care of each task. He handled the fact that he was alone in the store extremely well. We've come to this location many times and have had a good experience as well. I suggest the owners schedule an additional closing person on Fridays especially on a holiday weekend, as people tend to panic when banks and post offices are closed on a Monday and there's a rush close to closing time. All in all Jeremy made this experience a good one for my husband and I. read more

Terrible service. Made mistakes in paperwork causing massive problems. Sent same incorrect paperwork a second time when I asked them to fix it. When I called to try and figure out what was going on I was HUNG UP on and then when o called back the employee would not answer. I have used this store for 16 years using their mailboxes, packing and shipping services. I WIL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. One bad employee can ruin a business. read more

Nowadays it's the quality of service that matters most to me given our economy. Overall things are just more expensive anywhere you go. The UPS Store on Winward delivers outstanding service. It's what keeps me coming back over and over. They treat all their customers individually and give the impression that they know that we have choices. They don't take their customers for granted. I wish more stores had this same attitude. Fine customer service is becoming hard to find...thanks to the employees at The UPS Store on Windward for keeping it alive! read more

Unfortunately, this feels like the post office. No customer service, same lines, same indifference...

I have used this location on multiple occasions with no issue and always found them to be helpful and efficient. This year I used them to mail two packages at Christmas. I had packed the items myself - placing bubble wrap around the items in their gift boxes and then additional packing paper and bubble wrap in the mailing box that contained the two wrapped gifts. I was asked if I wanted them to add packing materials and I said no, that I thought they were wrapped sufficiently. A second employee, Joyce, came over and told me that if the items were damaged that UPS MAY CHOSE TO INSPECT MY PACKAGE AND IF THEY DETERMINED THAT IT WAS NOT ADEQUATELY PACKED TO THEIR STANDARDS they would deny my claim for insurance. I said ok, believing my package would easily meet the standard. No one indicated that my package was not "to standard". Both of my items arrived broken, not surprising since the box was clearly dented at the corner. I contacted UPS (via phone), was told to hold the items and the packing materials/box for 5 business days and I would be contacted by UPS regarding my claim. They also said they might request to pick up my item for further inspection. I was finally contacted today by the UPS store (well after the 5 business days promised) and was told that they would not be filing an insurance claim for my items. More interesting that while I clearly remember the transaction (I only shipped two packages this year and both the same day, same place) the store personnel told me that they specifically remember my transaction and that they had expressly told me that the item would not be covered for damages because it was packed inadequately and that I agreed. So - my takeaways from this experience: 1. This UPS store must do so little business and ship so few packages that they are able to remember every transaction (guess they will go out of business soon due to inadequate revenue) -or - they are making up a conversation that they think should have taken place based on notes they placed in the computer that I declined additional packing materials. 2. This UPS store thinks I'm stupid. If I was expressly told that my package would not be covered by insurance, why would I forego a few extra dollars for extra packing peanuts! I'm smart enough to manage $2.45B in annual expenses for a large corporation and I think I could understand that a few $ for packing peanuts would make sense in lieu of NO INSURANCE COVERAGE. I was never told that my item did not meet "standard" only that UPS might investigate to see if it met their standards. 3. This UPS store doesn't care about customer satisfaction. After telling me they would not be filing a claim, they attempted to end the call. I held them on the line to ask how I could appeal their decision. They said there was none, nor did they make any attempt to salvage my experience, keep me as a customer. They have lost my business. On a positive note, I spoke to American Express and they will refund me the purchase price of both items and their customer service could not be better! read more

Convenient and close by. However, I took a prepaid box in to return to Amazon. Did not keep a copy of tracking number. Personnel were grumpy and rude. Package never got to Amazon and I was charged for the defective product since I had no proof of bringing it to UPS. Will never use that branch again. The UPS people at Flynn Crossing, McGinnis Ferry, always helpful and dependable although I prefer FedEx Ground, who does not beat up shipping boxes as UPS does. read more
