I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

It's one of those situations where I could just answer nicely, but it's stupid. 'Customer orders' or 'merchandise' isn't enough. Does the owner of the store actually think someone that's shipping something harmful is going to confess at the desk? I want management to read that out loud then tell me how it sounds. It comes across as rude and nosey as hell. If you're that concerned with shipping safety, use your money as a franchisee to buy x-ray equipment. Require boxes to be sealed by staff. Or, put one of those generic statements out on the credit card reader that I have to agree to like usps does. It's annoying because ups stores are franchised that the owners can charge different prices and make up different rules. Just rubs me the wrong way. I had amazing ups stores in Florida and PA when I was there for work- not as much the same in Georgia.

BEWARE OF USING THIS STORE FOR IMPORTANT MAIL!!…read more EDITED to say I have not received resolution, or even follow up. Nor have I received my mail sent from this location. I have attempted to contact someone at the store and they either don't answer, or answer and hang up. My package now says it will arrive 10 days after it was mailed via 3-day. That arrival date has changed three times now. MISROUTED MY MAIL due to a "sorting error". I paid over $50 for 3-day shipping. 5 days later, and my mail is 3,000 miles away with no estimated delivery date. Now they are giving me the run-around on a refund. UPS customer service says it's not their responsibility, and that the store is responsible. Attempting to file a claim with the store and they can't give me any confirmation number or claim number to follow up. They said "we'll have someone reach out to you and see if there's something we can do." SEE?! I paid for a service I didn't receive!! Will never use UPS again.

I am mostly just returning a bunch of Amazon stuff or online clothes, nothing else. I will say the service isn't the most friendly all the time. I've been to other UPS stores where everyone is very friendly all the time. BUT no one has ever been rude or mean to me here. They have always been polite and professional with me and i'm okay with that. Sometimes there's long lines but it's like that everywhere. There's free parking. The store is the size of most UPS stores. They usually have at least two people working. Every time I've been there they've been fairly efficient getting my stuff together and getting me in and out. I've had to wait longer times at other UPS stores. Again, other than simple returns I haven't used them very much so I can only speak to what I know about but overall I haven't had a bad experience here and I have been here regularly - about once every other month since 2020? don't judge my amazon shopping :( i also haven't ever been here close to closing time, i usually go in the afternoons. It is located off of a slightly busy intersection. A couple of stores in that area shut down so there's more parking than usual which is nice! the stores is clean and everybody always seems to have masks on when I go in there! I wish they had a trashcan either outside the store or inside the store somewhere. Also I don't know if it's corporate prices but printing some stuff off if you email it to them is a little pricier than you expect (return slips).

It is located on the right of Publix close to Snap On Fitness 24/7. I've come here several times to drop off packages for UPS when returning items for business and personal. They are quick and attentive and I am usually out of there in 5 minutes because I already have packaged everything. They also handle USPS mail. In case you are tired of going to the post office and waiting in long lines, you could always just stop by the UPS Store. He came back out to bring a sign saying he wouldn't reopen until @5:35? He added an extra 5 minutes bc of our conversation which took 2 minutes. Who takes their lunch an hour before the store is about to close? The Fed Ex driver and other Fed Ex employees were waiting outside the gate with the customers asking how there were supposed to do their job if the store was closed. THE GHETTO.

I replied that if they stopped me and gave me a fine, they would respond and he told me no. And just for telling them in an annoying tone that they should do their damn job, they reported me and now they don't want to rent me for expressing my feelings about the situation. It was better when workers with experience and desire to work took care of anything you needed and helped you. Now the young people, especially the manager, are very lazy people who cover what their teammates do.

Literally the worst experience ever…read more Last year I used their services for the first time when I was moving. I rented a 15' truck which moves 1 Bedroom Home - 2 Bedroom Apartment. I paid about $30 plus mileage. First time experience was okay. Since I recently bought a house, I needed to move again. This time I also needed a 15' truck again. When we were almost done, and ready to make a payment the cashier told me I was unable to complete the transaction because I had a "pending payment". Last year when I was returning the truck I asked the cashier if I needed to make any extra payments, she checked and said I was good to go. Now, this guy is telling me that because I didn't pay $1 "environmental" fee from last year, I wasn't able to complete my transaction. But not only that, $1 fee turned into a $50 bill for "LATE PAYMENT". Seriously? I've would have totally paid the dollar if I was informed in first place, but I never was. The lady even said that after returning the truck you have 14 days to make that payment at no extra cost. I am so mad no one informed me before about this, being that part of their jobs. Ahora, este tipo me está diciendo que debido a que no pagué una tarifa "ambiental" de $1 del año pasado, no pude completar mi transacción. Pero no solo eso, la tarifa de $1 se convirtió en una factura de $50 por "PAGO TARDÍO". ¿Es en serio? Habría pagado el dólar si hubiera sido informada en primer lugar, pero nunca me dijeron nada. La señora incluso dijo que después de devolver el camión tiene 14 días para hacer ese pago sin costo adicional. Estoy tan enojado que nadie me informó antes sobre esto, siendo esa parte de sus trabajos. Sin mencionar que todos en este lugar son súper groseros, e intentan apresurar todo. Nunca más.
