There was one woman…read moreand one man working there, and instead of printing the address label for me, they told me to send this email myself and even tossed me some sort of instruction card, saying I had to do it on my own. At other locations, the staff always take care of it right away, but these two insisted that the customer should handle everything. I even saw them assisting another customer, but I ended up wasting an entire hour and still couldn't get it done, so I just left.

Smiling as I write this, I tend to think of this store as the Chick-Fil-A of mail service…read morelocations. The workers always seem genuinely happy to see everyone they wait upon, including me. They are all great but there is one particular stand out: Teresa. Professional, personable and VERY knowledgeable about their products and services, she also seems truly content with her job and is humorous, to boot. She makes unsolicited suggestions about the less costly ways to ship and, even when the store is packed, she is ALWAYS patient and has a pleasant tone and demeanor. Having a great day can be infectious and I have left there wearing a smile more than once because of the service I have received. Teresa, thank you for being consistently awesome.

I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

I have attempted to contact someone at the store and they either don't answer, or answer and hang up. My package now says it will arrive 10 days after it was mailed via 3-day. That arrival date has changed three times now. MISROUTED MY MAIL due to a "sorting error". I paid over $50 for 3-day shipping. 5 days later, and my mail is 3,000 miles away with no estimated delivery date. Now they are giving me the run-around on a refund. UPS customer service says it's not their responsibility, and that the store is responsible. Attempting to file a claim with the store and they can't give me any confirmation number or claim number to follow up. They said "we'll have someone reach out to you and see if there's something we can do." SEE?! I paid for a service I didn't receive!! Will never use UPS again.

It is located on the right of Publix close to Snap On Fitness 24/7. I've come here several times to drop off packages for UPS when returning items for business and personal. They are quick and attentive and I am usually out of there in 5 minutes because I already have packaged everything. They also handle USPS mail. In case you are tired of going to the post office and waiting in long lines, you could always just stop by the UPS Store. Who takes their lunch an hour before the store is about to close? I replied that if they stopped me and gave me a fine, they would respond and he told me no. And just for telling them in an annoying tone that they should do their damn job, they reported me and now they don't want to rent me for expressing my feelings about the situation. It was better when workers with experience and desire to work took care of anything you needed and helped you. Now the young people, especially the manager, are very lazy people who cover what their teammates do.

I paid about $30 plus mileage. First time experience was okay. Since I recently bought a house, I needed to move again. This time I also needed a 15' truck again. When we were almost done, and ready to make a payment the cashier told me I was unable to complete the transaction because I had a "pending payment". Last year when I was returning the truck I asked the cashier if I needed to make any extra payments, she checked and said I was good to go. Now, this guy is telling me that because I didn't pay $1 "environmental" fee from last year, I wasn't able to complete my transaction. But not only that, $1 fee turned into a $50 bill for "LATE PAYMENT". Seriously? I've would have totally paid the dollar if I was informed in first place, but I never was. The lady even said that after returning the truck you have 14 days to make that payment at no extra cost. I am so mad no one informed me before about this, being that part of their jobs. Pero no solo eso, la tarifa de $1 se convirtió en una factura de $50 por "PAGO TARDÍO". ¿Es en serio? Habría pagado el dólar si hubiera sido informada en primer lugar, pero nunca me dijeron nada. La señora incluso dijo que después de devolver el camión tiene 14 días para hacer ese pago sin costo adicional. Estoy tan enojado que nadie me informó antes sobre esto, siendo esa parte de sus trabajos. Sin mencionar que todos en este lugar son súper groseros, e intentan apresurar todo. Nunca más.
