Never did he attempt to do so himself or provide a # I could call myself... saying his manager had to be the one to call. He had a complete attitude trying to reiterate that no timeframe is guaranteed and sarcastically stating that it is an "estimated timeframe" when paying for packages to be shipped EXCEPT that that is not completely true. His demeanor was nasty. There was a complete lack of customer service and he showed a complete disregard for my concerns on the mystery of where my package is, repeating that "it's out of our hands" with a snarky tone. The lack of customer service experienced was disgusting.

I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

I am mostly just returning a bunch of Amazon stuff or online clothes, nothing else. I will say the service isn't the most friendly all the time. I've been to other UPS stores where everyone is very friendly all the time. BUT no one has ever been rude or mean to me here. They have always been polite and professional with me and i'm okay with that. Sometimes there's long lines but it's like that everywhere. There's free parking. The store is the size of most UPS stores. They usually have at least two people working. Every time I've been there they've been fairly efficient getting my stuff together and getting me in and out. I've had to wait longer times at other UPS stores. Again, other than simple returns I haven't used them very much so I can only speak to what I know about but overall I haven't had a bad experience here and I have been here regularly - about once every other month since 2020? don't judge my amazon shopping :( i also haven't ever been here close to closing time, i usually go in the afternoons. It is located off of a slightly busy intersection. A couple of stores in that area shut down so there's more parking than usual which is nice! the stores is clean and everybody always seems to have masks on when I go in there!
