The next morning, I took my car back and showed it to the man running the outside. He said he saw no scratches, said it was just dirty and I was lying. How could it be dirty, supposedly, they just cleaned it the evening before. We both looked the car over before I left it to be cleaned. He refused to admit they scratched my car and walked away. Also, when I picked the car up, it was still dripping wet all over and he said, no it's fine. Now I have to either take them to small claims or eat it and pay for the repairs myself. They have a nice waiting area and also outdoor seating. They offer complimentary refreshments. At the time that included snacks and not just drinks. The second time I went in the beginning of 2024, they have since rebranded and are now called Trail Hand Wash. They still offer complimentary refreshments but now it's just drinks. They call you over the intercom with your name and make of car. They have monthly prices for car washes. We paid $50 and get 30 days and if we continue then it will be $75 per month after this month. However we can cancel before our 30 days is up. Our membership is the cheapest one. The things that it doesn't cover is waxes or various coatings..
