Nice clean car wash. A bit on the pricey side and they take a while to wash your car. The first time I went it took at least a hour for my car to get washed. I went on a busy Saturday. They have a nice waiting area and also outdoor seating. They offer complimentary refreshments. At the time that included snacks and not just drinks. The second time I went in the beginning of 2024, they have since rebranded and are now called Trail Hand Wash. They still offer complimentary refreshments but now it's just drinks. Their cheapest basic wash for inside and outside is $44.99. They have also offer memberships at varying prices. read more

This location is so convenient, located right off Holcomb Bridge across from Lidl & Hola Taqueria, so one can walk right across to get groceries or enjoy a drink/cheese dip while you wait on your car. My car was SPOTLESS. Not only do they hand wash the outside (I am very particular about my F-Sport turbo Lexus as it is more expensive & refuse machine-wash car wash spots as they tend to scratch) but they also waxed, vacuumed, dusted & were detailed with my interior. First time i came it was nice and fast. The ladies are super attentive. I am today, waited 2 hours for a premium wash, and had smears all over the outside of my car and the interior. I noticed today it was all guys, not sure if theres a correlation there. PLEASE change out your rags and stop using dirty towels. read more

After having my truck washed and waxed there I realized they got wax all over the black trim of my 2020 Raptor. Took it back a month ago and they didn't get it all off. When I left it looked ok and they it reappeared. Took it back to have it removed and they try to tell me it's not from wax and tell me it will cost $25 to remove it. Go to check out and it's $35. Just bought a cute little car.. and came to get an emission. Dennis who is doing the emissions is so sweet and simple. He told me to have a seat in the office and it'll take 5-8 minutes. The office is the cutest! Vibrant colors that I love, camera TV so you can see what's going on outside. I love that the HEATER is running in here. this cali girl thanks you for that lolCause I don't have to sit in the cold while he does his thing. Major shoutout to the team of Miyagi Carwash team. They took a dirty and full of pet hair car in and gave it back sparking clean!!! While they are relatively new but their customer service is top notch. The waiting area is very clean space out evenly for social distancing. Everyone wshding my car and inside had on their facemask. They even have free snacks for guests in the waiting room! I was in and out less than 30mins. My car is now looking super clean, fresh, and no Husky hair in the back seat! One feedback is that I do wish they have new car scent they could spray or something to freshen up the car. Otherwise they were awesome. Ps. They are behind the CITGO gas station. read more

Stopped in this evening in a pinch. My new car deal came through way earlier than expected and I needed to get my current car trade-in ready ASAP for the trade in the morning. I hesitated because my car was in rough shape. There were so many things that I thought wouldn't come off/out. I was not optimistic by any means. In under 30 minutes I was literally blown AWAY! The price was on point, and the work was BEYOND anything I could've expected. The team was very informative and efficient. I even joked about not even trading it anymore. 5 stars all day! They Are garbage here, I will never return here I basically paid 100.00 for him to wash the outside of my car b/c he sure as hell did not clean the inside of my car. I asked for a shampoo for inside and out and that did not happen please do not go here they are taking your money. It is plenty of other places to go to. I had to ask him to wash my rugs and I'm quite sure he knew he was acting dumb I had to show him that it says it it comes with it. im more than positive this is his business and you try to support black businesses but nope not this one. I got my Tesla washed at Miyagi, and they did a fantastic job. I had a couple of old scratches on the front of my car, and they were able to remove them for me at no charge! They didn't leave any water spots anywhere and used very clean towels, which was really nice. The owner personally came out to check my car and buff a few spots. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. The staff were all very nice and professional. The waiting area was clean with great air conditioning, and the cashier offered me a water, which was really nice. The prices are more than fair, particularly when you consider that it is a hand wash. I'm really glad to have found then in Roswell! read more

I brought my brand new car in for a hand wash. They must have used dirty towels or not fully washed the car first but it now has fine scratch marks all over the car. I do not recommend if you have a black or other dark color car. read more

Basic job cleaning the interior and exterior, but not worth the time or money overall. No one asked what service I wanted, then it took 90min for everything. Afterwards they came in and assumed I wanted the premium wash which I debated and they lower the price slightly. Basic wash thats not worth the TIME, money, and lack of organization. read more
