So far we are incredibly impressed!! Very nice car wash without a doubt. Greeted with kindness and professionalism, both outside and inside by the reception/pay desk. I would have to assume the wash is going to be quality as well. They do have two other locations and this one here in Milton. Impressive to wait in such a large luxurious inside waiting room(s). Complete with a computer bar with chargers. Actually quite beautiful and as my said "I can take you here for a date" lol For free while waiting is popcorn, m&ms, jelly bellies, Keurig coffee w/flavored syrups, lemonade & pretzels. They call you over the intercom with your name and make of car. They have monthly prices for car washes. We paid $50 and get 30 days and if we continue then it will be $75 per month after this month. However we can cancel before our 30 days is up. Our membership is the cheapest one. The things that it doesn't cover is waxes or various coatings.. Also they have lots of a'la carte services too or single wash is available. Definitely on list of our fav car washes this far. read more

I have used this car wash a few times and for the most part was satisfied. Not a 5 star location, but ok. Today was a different story. I had the basic $50. hand wash service. I noticed that the roof of my car was still dirty. I was told it was "tree sap" and couldn't be cleaned without scratching. I disagreed, left and never plan on returning for service. I tried to tell the manager that I wash my own car most of the time and never had a problem cleaning the roof with a " soft cloth and soap!" I went home and cleaned the top myself. Maybe management needs some better training. read more

Meh. Not really impressed with the result of their top tier package. Didn't do some of the things listed in the service by default- I had to call it out and make sure they were done after my car was "ready". Even later, I found more things wrong. Let the pictures I took after leaving the lot speak for themselves... on the bright side, they have a great waiting room area with nice selection of drinks, clean comfortable seating, and nice music. That being said, would not waste the cost for this kind of result again. read more

This review is for the Alpharetta location which is not on yelp yet. My car was a wreck due to taking 3 kids (and a wife) on a 2000 mile round trip road trip. The place I normally go to was closed so I drove to CHW. I pull up into the non-member line and was greeted quickly and kindly. I opted for the nicest wash they offer and was talked into giving their membership a chance. I entered the waiting area and it is by far the nicest car wash I have ever been to. Free snacks, drinks and wifi with plenty of comfortable seating options. They even gave a kids room playing kids movies. A very comfortable setup while you wait for you car. They even have an astroturfed outside area for your furry friends. The quality of the was is what I am having some issues with. Upon initial inspection I pointed out 3-4 things that needed to be corrected/cleaned, including the cup holders had gunk in them, the windshield was not cleaned internally, and there was a a splattering of "bug residue" on the grill. While all this was fixed on the spot, I later noticed that whatever the apply to clean the dash is poorly applied, streaky, and looks oily. I tried to capture it in the photos, but not sure it will be easily seen. The interior of the windshield is streaky, and needs to be cleaned again. Luckily I have a membership so I can go back and get this corrected. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since my car was especially dirty this visit. I'll update my review after subsequent visits. All in all, I'm hopeful that it will get better as I bring my car in in better shape. read more

Awful, incredibly disappointing, and genuinely the worst car wash I've ever had, especially for the price. On 9/15/2024, I visited the Milton location and paid for the California Gold service, which is their cheapest option at $50. To start, they advertised that they would "Towel Dry your Vehicle, Wipe Door Jambs, Dash, Doors, and Seats." However, my car was left streaky, my dash was covered in towel fuzz, and they only cleaned the door jambs on the driver's side. My seats weren't cleaned at all. When I got back into my car, the driver's seat still had visible dirt. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking the dirt might be harder to clean than I expected. But with just one swipe of a Clorox wipe, I removed half the dirt, realizing they simply hadn't cleaned it. They also promised to "Vacuum the Interior and Trunk," but the vacuuming was minimal, if done at all. There were still crumbs on the floor that I could pick up with my hands. Oddly, they put trash, like straw wrappers, in the back pockets of my seats, which was both strange and discouraging. They claimed to "Clean the Face of Wheels," but I could still wipe off visible dirt from my tires with ease. I'm no car expert, but it was obvious they hadn't been cleaned. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's overpriced, and the service is terrible. I know they strive to provide a 5 star service, but they get a 1/5 at best read more

Customer service is fantastic. I have a 2007 4Runner with over 320k miles and they do a great job cleaning it up. I highly recommend them. Best TIRE SHINE around town. It lasts for a long time and doesn't sling off like the other wash places have. read more

Thought I would try this place out today since the truck needed a good clean now that the weather is warm. I can certainly say it has a great atmosphere in the waiting area, but sadly this is not what a car wash is rated on. The wash was an absolute mess. I got the California deluxe plus or whatever the highest level wash was, which was $60 (plus a pretty generous tip of $20, but that is on me). It looked good enough when they were done and I had been there for a while given they put members through before nonmembers apparently so I tipped and left. On the way home I started noticing the horrible interior work which prompted me to take a closer look when I got home. The was itself had areas which were completely missed where road dirt still adorned the truck and bugs all remained as I appears no effort was taken to get them off. The interior work was worse. Maybe the workers simply need retrain (or initial training) because it looks as though they think if they get protectant anywhere on the trim it will magically cover all the trim. The drive side seats, front and rear, had not even been touched and everything had a swipe of surface cleaner/protectant which came nowhere near covering the surface. I had high hopes for the place but I have had cars washed at high school car washes for $10 that were a much better value and likely just as good or better quality. I seriously doubt I will return and I would advise that if you care at all about the appearance of your car avoid this place or plan on spending a couple hours redoing everything when you get home like I did. To be fair, they do have free popcorn. read more
