Excellent service and Great car wash. It's the first Time I've gone but will definitely go back

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the job they did. I had a lot of dog hair. I will use them again.

Was told price was $50. Then employee opened up back door and saw dog hair and said $60. Cool. Not a problem. Walked away and sat in customer seating. Vehicle washed. Then moved up for vacuum and detailing. During that process a woman and young man took over. She announced that my vehicle was done and told me $75. I told her I was told $60. She said no she is the owner and it is $75 and told me I was going to jail. I was going to tip $12 on the $60 anyways.... to boot silly lady does not get its a civil matter. Her son after he came back with change for me at the strong armed $ 75, was kind and gracious and probably embarrassed too. She allegedly fired the employee on the spot. I don't know; i don't speak Spanish. Training issue and company issue; not a customer issue but in the end it is for them. They did a good job but I won't be going back to patronize such a wrong and petty nasty business owner. It was her fault/her employee's fault. I am sure she does not agree to a paying more than quoted prices in her life. However, from the sounds of it, this is par for the course as another customer told me the 'washers' prices given, cant be trusted. Maybe she needs to be there on time and or not not trust the employees who she trusts to open the business to interact with customers and give prices. This is business is registered on the ga secretary of state business search as ms.bubbli just fyi. That is not the name on the yellow carport structure. And..... i see this is a hustle of hers based on some others' reviews too. read more

I have used them 8 years with no problems they do a great job , they will make your car look like new they are the best .

They really do a good job. It can be a bit of a wait sometimes, but worth it. Definitely not a 10 minute car wash, but also a well done, streak free, complete wash. read more

I just finished having my car wash and clean in the inside at Mr Bubblis. They are fast and very nice to you. It was a few place in my car that was not real clean, but I am very happy with the result. Not too bad price. I will come back. read more

If you are Hispanic/Latino I do not recommend you coming to this place. My dad was there on Monday to get his vehicle washed and it would not start back up. That is not something my dad could control. Things happen and he understood and went to go get his vehicle. Well instead of being nice and understanding the owner tells him that he needs to come and get his vehicle ASAP or she will tow it at "his expense". She also said he ruined her whole day (just cause his vehicle wouldn't start). She told him he is not welcomed back and that Hispanic/Latino people always cause her problems, that she does not like them coming to her business. My father is Latino, and that is very offensive. Even after all that he paid her and left. I just find it sad that she had to state that racist comment. So again if you are Latino/Hispanic I suggest you go to a nicer less racist carwash. read more

NEVER GO HERE. They will rip you off, and try to overcharge you after you car is washed. Don't go just by my review, look at all the negative reviews here. I wish I had paid attention to them. They tried overcharging me yesterday with the same excuses shown in all the negative reviews here on Yelp. They tried over charging me after they took my credit charge, still swiped and charged my card even after I notified them politely the first time the charge was mot correct and the drive up attendant had said the size car, which the price was listed on the sign behind him. I received the same rude and unprofessional excuses from the owner AFTER MY CARD WAS SWIPED. The pricing was changed 3 months ago (an excuse they have used for years), your car was extra dirty(an excuse they have used for years), and also from the owner "you should have asked me.". I had to create a scene just to get them the charge the correct price, which still was more than the wash was worth with all the missed areas (and I bought the detail)! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. It makes me so sad that other people haven't had similar experiences because I've driven away extremely happy every single time I've had my car cleaned... This team does amazing work, like professional-detail-quality cleaning, and for a third of the price. I took my Honda Pilot there today not knowing what to expect. They did a meticulous and thorough cleaning job - both interior and exterior. The Pilot has never looked this clean in its long life since I bought it 14 years ago. They do take their time - minimum 30 minutes each for interior and exterior. Towards the end, I almost wanted to tell them "That's enough!" :-) But, if you are willing to spend the time, the money is really worth it. read more

Save yourself some time and headache and do NOT take your car here. Half of their advertised pricing was taped over so I waited about 10 minutes for the attendant for a quote. She told me $40 for the size of my vehicle and to come back in 30-45 minutes. When I picked up my vehicle, a different lady told me that it would be $45 because they took extra time and care to clean everything. I let them know that I was already quoted $40 by the attendant. Then a man walked over and explained that my vehicle was extra dirty and that's why it's more. Ok...it would have been nice for someone to explain this at the beginning or given me an accurate quote. So, I agreed. They took my card and stood together whispering something. When I got the receipt, they charged me $50. I asked why I was charged $50 when I was just quoted $45 and $40 before. I explained, I agreed to pay $40 and then $45, but they charged my card, $50. They shouted, "MOVED YOUR CAR!" There was no misunderstanding. They refused to listen to me explain, interrupting me, and yelled at me to "MOVE YOUR CAR!" Not only were they extremely unprofessional and rude, they run a shady operation. I truly felt like they swindled me. I called my credit card company right away to dispute the overage. Do NOT give these cheaters your business! read more

First and last time I'll be going here. Took my husbands truck to get detailed got the $65 package not the $120 because I was really mostly worried about the inside. The inside is ok, very sticky and I will have to go over some spots again. Nothing to write a single star review for. The outside was the same, not the greatest, not the worst but it's an older truck and a wax won't make it new. The problem I had was that they had missed the back wheels. Again, it's an old truck so there are parts of the wheels that won't be "clean" but you can tell they missed the whole wheel. I pulled back in there to ask that they give the back wheels a once over since they had forgotten. The woman was unbelievably rude! And practically threw the brush at the wheel. The worst part is that I speak a little Spanish so I could clearly hear her calling me a bitch to everyone else working there. Really horrifically embarrassing to stand there and be called a bitch in front of an entire business full of people for a mistake I didn't make and was being polite about getting fixed. My recent experience was almost surreal. After spending my money here for the past few years I was bluntly told by the owner "I don't care if you don't come back. " When I asked about a spot on my car she told me she wasn't going to clean it. It's hard to believe that there are still businesses around that specialize in "bad service." read more

Great job. These guys and gals do a great job. All by hand. For $30 they hand washed and spray waxxed the outside including the wheels and armor all the tires. Vacuumed the interior and wiped down all the interior and armor alled the doors and dash. Took 4 or 5 people 30 minutes. You cant do it yourself that cheap. read more

Finally found a hand car wash and I'm not disappointed. I just moved to Cumming, GA and it's been hard to find a place to take my baby. My car got cleaned inside and out for a good price $27.
