The reviews drew me in but I had a terrible experience. When the service was completed, a staff member quickly yelled out the make of the car and left. Unsure, if my car was ready, I walked out and no one was there to see me off. I was in a rush anyway, so I quickly got in my car and left forgetting to tip. I was ready to turn back around to tip when I looked around the car... the detailing in the front was poor but the backseat and trunk were worse. My backseat had footprints, a wrapper, and it hadn't been vacuumed. The trunk didn't look vacuumed either. I decided not to go back to tip since I was going to have to clean the backseat and vacuum myself which totally defeated the purpose of going. I will not be back! read more

Have been having all my cars cleaned there for years. Family owned and operated business. Very thorough most of the time, unless they are super busy. If they missed anything, just point it out to them when getting in your car, and they will come right over to take care of it. Very pleased over the years with the service. You might think that a car wash can't be interesting...that it's just utilitarian with nothing welcoming about it. You'd be wrong. We've been coming to Auto Brite Car Wash for over 15 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Hubs is pretty protective of his Audi and he will literally drive past the dealership (where he can get a FREE car wash on Saturdays) to get to Auto Brite. There are lots of reasons why this is our place... - location: it's very convenient to where we live - access: easy to get into and out of their site - food: it's next door to a Waffle House (don't underestimate the value of this!) - value: the quality of the services for the price is two thumbs up ...but the number one reason we come here is the staff. Lori and Steve and their team value their customers and it shows in their friendly greetings, smiles and their sincere appreciation for their clients. These guys are simply the best in Alpharetta! First and foremost they are family owned and operated which is very important when earning my business. They have always taken care of our vehicles over the years but recently they went above and beyond. A gas station out of town was power spraying their roof over the pumps and the cleaning solution dripped on our new van and appeared to ruin our paint job. We tried cleaning it off ourselves with zero success. The crew at Auto Brite simply grabbed for the "purple bottle" which must have been filled with a magic solution because our paint job was saved. FINALLY a go-to car wash that does a great job without breaking the bank! My Civic desperately needed a good cleaning and thorough vacuuming for it's first birthday. Turns out, there aren't many car washes in the immediate Roswell area, except this one. I'm always a bit skeptical about car washes. I always end up paying too much for a half-ass job and then I just drive home unsatisfied and chalk it up to a lesson learned. Not this time! I opted for the Silver wash, which includes a full body wash, tire/wheel cleaning and shine, vacuum and cleaning of the dash and center console. In all, it took about 30 minutes. And I LOVE it! All that annoying bird poop and stupid dogwood leaves were cleaned off. I could see my reflection on the car! My wheels were shiny and my tires looked brand new. And the interior! All my mats were thoroughly vacuumed and spotless. They even cleaned out all the napkins from my cup holders! And the best part....the back seat. I always keep my dog hammock up in the backseat for my furbabies and I just assumed they would only vacuum the front mats since the hammock was in the way. NOPE. They removed EVERYTHING from the back seat floor, put it in the hammock, then vacuumed the back floor. I didn't even expect them to do that. The car looks so clean I don't even mind the two dozen half-empty water bottles in my dog hammock. Not only that, but my windows were so clean they looked open. I kinda wish someone was in the car with me just so they could hit their head on my clean windows. Without tip, I paid $21 for all of that and I will definitely be back! read more

I love Auto Brite. This is a family owned car wash and the owners (husband and wife) are very friendly. They are across from Sky (boo) and right next to Waffle House (yay) on Hwy 9. They always do a great job on my car and they always know I want my leather seats wiped down in the back. I don't even have to ask anymore. I knock them one star because sometimes they are short staffed but I certainly forgive this family business for trying to run a car wash in this economy and across from the boutique car wash, Sky. All-in-all, my auto always leaves clean and brite. read more

They don't tell you there's an extra charge for vans until you check out! Disappointed - the mats were still dirty. I didn't have time to complain. They're comparably priced to others in the area but the customer lounge is significantly less comfortable. I just paid $25 to have my car washed here. I normally go to Cactus Car wash but I was told it was a great place. I had to wait almost an hour (not so much a problem) . I got the car home and noticed all my wheels and my lower rocker panels were still dirty. I brought it back and was told I had to pay extra to clean my wheels.....extra to clean the lower part of my doors ? They turned nasty on me within 30 secs after I mentioned another car wash. No offer to run it thru the car wash again, They did allow me to pay again to get tit done right. They need more staff and better trained. Sorry, I would have gotten the same quality at a Shell automated wash. Save your money and your time, go to Cactus .. read more

My husband just took my SUV here today to get CLEANED. What we actually GOT was damage to our front left wheel. He could SEE that the person who drove it into the wash had gotten too close on that side and checked the tire & wheel immediately when the vehicle came out. Sure enough, scrapes and chips from the roller that moves the car along in the wash. Any sort of compensation or even an acknowledgement of being incompetent at their jobs?? Nope. Denial, even though it was BLATANTLY OBVIOUS it had just occurred and was their fault. Do ANY business owners respect themselves anymore?? Apparently these ones don't.. My husband just took our very well maintained 1979 Chevy for a car wash here. He was in a hurry, left and when he was on the road realized that the passenger side rear view mirror was MISSING ! Seriously, no one here said a thing to him, surely it was inside their car wash ! He drove back and in fact they had found it, He s/w the owner who did not apologize and offered no explanation. He had to rush off to an appointment so when he came home I told him I would call over there to s/w the owner. Well, she answered the phone, I asked if she knew this had happened and did her business take any responsibility for the damage. She was curt and just said they absolutely take no responsibility for damaged side mirrors - Really !!?? She made a comment as to the fact that "sometime side view mirrors are glued on and all kinds of other things" I told her that this truck had never had a "glued" on side mirror, in fact they are stainless steel and have been on the truck from the beginning. Not so much as an offer compromise on the repair, to reimburse us for the car wash, nothing. I asked her was this policy posted that they are not responsible for things like this happening at their car wash, she said no they do not. Well with this lack of customer service we will not going back here again and if I could give them a minus star I would !!! read more

I have been coming here for a couple of months and now this company decided to charge you extra for things. Today I brought the same SUV that I have since I started coming here and now they want to charge me extra $5.00 for it being an SUV. I had already bought a . Package and now they want to charge you extra if you are on a REGUlLAR SUV. This is not the kind of service I signed up for and be careful when you go there for you will be charged for extra things. I am new to the area and had what I considered to be an expensive "basic" car wash. The windows were dirty, and the wheels were not touched in the automatic car wash. The trunk had not been vacuumed eiether. I came back the next day and spoke with the manager. Even though I had to pay for them to hand-clean the wheels and vacuum my trunk, I paid it. They ran my car back through for another clean. The wheels were not clean, even after I paid for them to specifically be cleaned and my windshield still has a large smudge that never got cleaned in 2 washes! I think the equipment is just old and needs to be upgraded or the prices need to be lowered. All is all, I it was $27 including tip. I do not recommend this car wash. read more

I used to go to sky car wash, across the street, until they changed management and doubled their prices. Now I make my kids wash my car, but, I received a gift cert for ultra, so I checked them out today. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work. Just the basic package cleaned the inside of my car very well. They also went out of their way to fix my plastic piece of my bumper that pulled from under the car. What an aweful experience. First, they tell me the car ia ready to go when there are at least 20 quarter size dirt spots on the windshield and paint which obviously the machine they so much rely on did not clean. Maybe time for some caoital improvements but certainly spectacles will also help. Then after begrundgingly cleaning those they tell me again i am ready. ONLY to see a rim of dirt grime on my wheels and I PAID FOR THE "WHEEL DEAL" mind you. I call out the owner and she barely does a thing to even touch it and tells me this does not come out. So i lick my finger and take a huge swipe that smears dirt. So...they grab what seems to be pink glass cleaner and try to do the job they should have done in the first place. Well...after still leaving half the grime behind, both the owner and some employee of hers tell me this is as good as it gets, that they use the best chemicals and what do i expect for $5 more for the wheel package!!!! Not sure how they made it in business for as long as they say they have but in the day of Yelp and other social media, i dont think they will last. BTW, this is the first time in years that i have felt so strongly to pull over down the road and put out a negative review. This, after stopping atva gas station and cleaning my wheels with.....SOAP AND WATER. Mind boggling behavior and business practices. read more
