Went in April, someone there at machine trying to up sale. I was told if you pay $23.99 you can have unlimited washes for the rest of April, I thought not bad because pollen was still around. Never signed anything. Then, I see I was charged another $23.99 for what is supposedly a membership. I was never asked if I wanted this or was told that is what was be authorized on my card. Went to location today and employee told me so sorry this happens a lot and it's very deceptive when they are standing there trying to upsale your wash. Gave me a phone number and email to call. Well Sam a customer service rep could only cancel my membership and refund me the charge. I said, I never signed up for a membership that I was scammed and told him what the employee told me. He would not give me his last name nor would he connect me to a supervisor. He said, he would send me an email confirmation which I have not received. Save yourself the time and headache. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that are so much better. Doesn't clean car well and leaves scratches: Memberships are impossible to manage without spending lots of time on the phone during business hours. No way to manage memberships online. Customer service reps confirmed this. They just want to charge you and refuse to refund if you have an issue. read more

I called to cancel my membership but they offered no confirmation number, so when I was billed SIX MONTHS after cancellation, they refused to refund, although I did not ever use this wash during those six months. We've been using the unlimited wash plan at WMF for several years now. This is a generally good car wash facility. It is usually fast and 90% of the time the automatic access pass reader works properly. The staff are helpful and the place is clean. The drying paper is free and useful for more detailed cleaning. There is a floor mat cleaning machine that cleans the mats but makes a God awful noise doing it. My only gripe is the facility closes periodically for repairs or maintenance and the only way you find out is signs at the entrance. It would be nice if they could email closure and re-opening notices to unlimited wash plan customers by a batch email or text. read more

I wish I could take away all the stars than awarding this terrible cash wash facility. I don't know how such narrow check-in lanes, especially the outside one, were approved as their overhead barcode readers were very inefficient. initially the attendant installed the tag on the windshield but after multiple failures relocated it to the top on the glass of the sliding moonroof. Even then I had to drive back and forth on the lane and almost every time I had to take the help of the attendant to check in with my unlimited membership. during one of these visits the rims of the wheel of my SUV brushed aside the curve and caused visible damages on both the tires on the passenger side, front and rear. I immediately reported it to the attendant who asked me to speak with the onsite manager. I spoke to Travis Pruitt on multiple occasions thereafter and every time he asked me to speak /chat with the corporate customer service at Texas. I left couple of voicemails and eventually chatted (asynchronously) with the customer service representative and was told to reach back to the onsite management team. This morning, 4/11/2024, when I visited the facility, Travis introduced me to Nate, the District Manager, who was extremely rude and cited irreverent scenarios to squarely blame it on me as "Driver error"! He drew parallel with the damaged caused in their "private" facility with the hypothetical scenario of damage caused in the public parking area. He even ridiculed me in wishing me luck. I don't know what type of business hire someone like him in that role! This facility and the management team doesn't deserve the service of anyone! read more

They are broken quite a bit. Terrible customer service when you pay them a monthly service fee. Any time there are problems, the owner hides his head in a hole (like an ostrich). Managers and employees are not given his name and contact (so they say). No refunds or credit when they are down. Don't waste your money or time. Rip Off - Do not give them your credit card! I signed up for a monthly subscription. I cancelled my monthly subscription on 08/05/2024 and have continued to get charged. I received a refund for 2 of the 3 months after spending much time on the phone with Mammoth Holdings (owning entity) and waiting 2 months. Then they charged me again. Spoke to unempowered rep (Jason @ 770-637-7118) on 01/14/2025 and he said "he needs to send to book keeping". Haven't heard back. They don't even reply to BBB complaints. I purchased the monthly membership thinking it was a good value. It would be a good value if your car came clean, was even blowdried, or the vacuums actually sucked properly. However, your car isn't clean even after going multiple times in a week, your car is soaking wet when leaving the wash as if it was just rained on, and for the past two weeks the vacuums don't have sucking pressure to clean your car's inside. read more

The car wash itself is adequate but the staff parks in several of the vacuum bays do on a busy day don't expect to vacuum or dry your car. I'd recommend another car wash. I paid for $20 option. The most expensive. When I came through the other side, my car looked dirtier than when I went through. I spoke with the person up front and he told me that part of the machine was broke and that could go through again, or "I" could go scrub it myself. I kindly asked for a refund and was told that was not possible, but I could go through the same machine again that already didn't clean my car. I opted not to go through again. And never will. The only reason I go here is because I'm renting a place nearby. Car wash is mediocre, very skimpy on their tire shine and they don't have any towels or cleaning supplies. I love(d) wash me fast until I met a bad customer service rep named Jake. Jake seemed startled when I got to the car wash and per usual I was directed into the car wash hut. When he first navigated me in I could hear a sharp screech on my tires and I knew he probably misdirected me. I didn't think anything of it. As I went through the car wash I noticed that BOTH of my mirrors were knocked from the side of my car. I patiently waited to go through the system and immediately drove to the front to inquire to Jake what happened and why my vehicle had been damaged. He was immediately defensive and told me "we're not responsible for anything that happens to your car." He didn't even take the time to see what was wrong and if he could possibly help. I asked to speak to manager and none were present. I saw another attendant, Vincent, who was very kind and explained that they had gotten new equipment and it had knocked his driver mirrors out of place as well. I could tell he was more mature and more customer-service oriented which is why I take the time to write this review. I've been going to this car wash for about a year now and I have to be honest, this experience startled me. Some point of feedback I would give to the business owners is to standardize customer service and although you may not be "responsible" for the damage to my $11K car, it is still nice to show concern and provide incentive. I honestly will revoke my monthly membership and find another car wash closer to me. You would think during quarantine people would be privy to want to keep business coming, but Jake apparently has no regard. There are packages as high as $22.99 a month for the wax package but all depends what you're interested in. If you ask me, there is no better deal around and I've officially switched from Cactus to Wash me Fast; it's a better deal and sure requires a little elbow grease but well worth the savings. read more

I never write bad reviews. I actually judge people who do, thinking their poor attitude or bad day results in them lashing out at undeserving vendors. Having said that, take heed in what I'm about to tell you. Once you sign up for a membership with these crooks, it is impossible to get out of it on their end. I lost my job in January 2019. So I came to the Wash Me Fast Milton location; where I initially signed up, to cancel my service in February. I was told they couldn't cancel my service there, but that I could use their website to do so. I followed their instructions, cancelled my service through their online portal, and waited. Next month, payment comes out as usual. So I tried to call. I tried to call every day for a week. There is never a person there that is going to pick up the phone no matter what the time of day. Not once. So I went back to their online portal and requested cancellation again. Same outcome. Same outcome every single month since and it's now August. My last email was an irate message begging them to stop stealing from me, but no change. What I've finally had to resort to doing is having my credit card company issue a stop payment order on their charges and now I'm just waiting to see if they tweak their vendor number and still try to withdrawal the money this month. I hope this is informative and helpful for those considering doing business with this establishment, but especially for those who find themselves in my position getting swindled every month for a service they don't use. You have to block them from your side because they will continue to steal from you on theirs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I have no complaints about this car wash. I do in the city of Atlanta and I am accustomed to paying a premium for services. $7 - $10 is reasonable for a decent wash in my book. I do like the fact that it comes with free window cleaner and towels to help you finish off the interior clean. In addition, the car mat cleaner is a nice addition also. The process is a little backwards from what I am used to....I expected to vacuum first and then run through the wash. This place is set up to wash and then vacuum. It's a little confusing, but I had a clean car in about 20 minutes. Job done. Since I work in the area, I will be back for my occasional clean. Also, the $15 unlimited is a good deal. The monthly subscriptions are very nice, and having vacuums, towels, and air fresheners readily available are handy as it ensures that I'll do a good job at the cleaning the car. For the most part, it's adequate for a black car owner to run through multiple times a month. However, I'm tired of the vacuums having no suction when there are like 5 or more cars there!! I went there this morning, the experience was excellent and the time of the wash was less than 5 minutes. Also, the vacuums were in pretty good condition and had strong suction power. There is also a machine to wash the floor carpets, and it is included with the wash. They also provide you with glass cleaner and towels to wipe down your car after the wash. Overall, I think this place has excellent value, I paid $7 and drove away very please with the quality of the wash and the service. read more

I was not comfortable using this place because of the bad reviews. I noticed that it was always packed though and thought it couldn't be bad or that many people wouldn't keep coming back. My friend then bought a monthly subscription for his Maserati! He loved it because he would go through every couple of days to keep his $100k car looking clean. So I did a trial and had no issues and love it! Both of my vehicles now have monthly subscriptions so my cars are always clean. They've been investing recently to make it even better and the manager told me they are just getting started. Can you get a better wash if you do it yourself or take it to an expensive hand wash place, yes. But I pay $15 a month per car and take it through every few days so it's always clean. Very disappointed in this local car wash. I've been coming to this location for years and it was $2 more than another nearby car wash but it is convenient. Now it's gone up to $7 for a basic car wash. That's too much in my book when I can drive a bit further and get the same for $4 at Auto Bell. Good luck Wash me Fast! I just left the car wash , to my horror I saw my trunk lid was badly scratched. I spoke to the manager , she told me no one else was complaining and she can't help me in any way.
