I used the Yelp quote system and got a response within a few hours from Melvin. He was great with communication through Yelp messaging as we had a reschedule a few times due to weather. He came to my house and was a bit late the day we had scheduled, but let me know in advance and it was not a big deal. I offered my hose and was impressed that all of the equipment they need is in their van. They did not need anything from me and could have done the job in the middle of the desert. Melvin and his crew (Demarcus and JJ) were efficient, thorough, and friendly. They finished in about 45 minutes and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. The price is on point and I will certainly use them again! read more

They are on time, responsive, and do good work. My wife loves how clean they get the interior.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! They did a phenomenal job on my husband's car that was FILTHY. They literally worked a modern day miracle. The car looked as if we had just driven it from the showroom floor. I'm so grateful for this company. Most car wash places are notorious for negative reviews so I was most certainly skeptical when I discovered this place with so many positive reviews. I'm happy to say that those wonderful reviews are well deserved! Their prices are competitive and their work is perfection. I would not hesitate to hire them again! read more

I broke my ankle and wanted to detail my car before covering it while I am unable to drive. Reached out on a Monday morning, Melvin got back to me with a quote within minutes and was already working on my car a few hours later. After he finished cleaning the car, Melvin offered to cover the car (including all the wind straps) for no extra charge. That was an incredibly kind gesture and I cannot recommend this company enough! The car is SPOTLESS, an absolute steal for the price and results! read more

I requested a quote for a detail of my car and got a response from Melvin in the same day. My car was pretty clean but I did need the interior vacuumed, a good wash, and a wax. My main concern was getting all the yellow pollen dots off my white exterior. Melvin and his uncle, Rezette, showed up the next day not just on time but early! (They did text to ask me if that was ok.) They got my car detailed in about 45 mins and they did an awesome job. My car was sparkly, nicely waxed and the interior smelled great. I had forgotten to ask them to vacuum the beach sand out of my trunk and only remembered when they had finished the detail and were showing me what they had done. They had no problem doing that for me after the fact. Be aware that they won't open your trunk and clean the interior unless you ask them to. It protects you and them so I understand this. All in all, it was a reasonably priced and very nicely done detail. I'll be using them again! Thanks, guys! read more

Melvin was amazing and did a fabulous job on my trade in and hubby's car! Highly recommend!!!!

Bought the service as a present for my wife, the car came out looking fantastic. It was convenient, I would definitely use them again.

I messaged them on Yelp and got almost an immediate response. We worked out a day and time. I have 2 big dogs and one is a Husky mix. LOTS of dog hair. These guys came with everything they needed to clean and wax my car in my driveway! Melvin and his crew were really wonderful!! They managed to get the hair out and clean my car to "just brought it home" standard (a bit of dog hair was weaved in the rug but not much). HIGHLY recommended!!! The hassle of dropping my car off or having to wait is no longer required!! Thanks to Melvin and his great crew!! read more

Amazing job!!! Rizette & Melvin did an amazing job detailing my SUV. My car looks so clean on the inside AND out. The wheels are so shiny. The inside is spotless!!! LOVE that they can come to offices and detail during the day when I'm at work. Will definitely use again and I recommend to anyone who needs their car detailed. read more

I highly recommend then! I used the Yelp messaging system to communicate, which is fab for a phonecall-phobic person like me. Communication was great and they even showed up early! The techs were hard workers and really detailed when cleaning everything. Our cars are immaculate and sparkling now and we're so pleased. read more

These guys are awesome. Did an amazing job, came when they said they were going to and are super nice as well. My truck was in rough shape from dogs inside and bring parked outside but these guys came to the rescue. Couldn't give them higher score. Fair pricing excellent service. read more

They did such an amazing job deep cleaning my car. Quick response time to messaging and flexible with setting up a time. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service And car wash. We had bad odor and food spill over. Melvin and co made the impossible look like brand new

**Edited. See below** Did not show up for scheduled appointment. I rearranged my whole day to make sure my car would be at home for the scheduled time. Zero stars isn't an option, but a no show is not 1 star service. I'm predicting he begs for a reschedule after a 1 Star review. Sorry man, did it to yourself. *Edit* After 2 hours, they did call to reschedule. They were able to accommodate a Saturday appt and the interior detail and exterior wash was one of the fastest I have ever seen. These guys hustle and do a great job in the process. I would definitely use them again. Thanks for making things right! read more

The team was professional, courteous and the quality of their work was impeccable. I enjoyed how they prided themself with their work and look forward to their next visit. read more

Worked wonders on my car! I'm a mother of three, and sadly yes, my children eat in the car more often than they should. You can only imagine how gross it gets. When I requested a quote, I received a response the same day, and schedule a time to have my car cleaned the very next day. The convenience of not having to go anywhere to have your car cleaned is wonderful, but the quality of work Prestige Mobile Cleaning does for the unbeatable price they request is absolutely AMAZING! Will definitely be using again! read more

Responsive, competitive price, quality work. I plan to repeat as a customer in the future.

WOW! Prestige Mobile Cleaning just made my car like new! I have two dogs so the interior of my car seemed unsalvageable to me, but the boys at Prestige worked their magic and wow, just wow! Plus, they are incredibly friendly, reasonably priced, and ready to tackle any mess your car has. Did I mention they're mobile? You read that right - mobile - they come to you!! What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Prestige Mobile Cleaning - definitely the best auto-detail team in the business! read more

This review is long overdue! We had our QX80 detailed in September by Rez and his nephew (I believe) and they did a fantastic job! It was in bad shape, aside from the layer of dirt and caked on pollen from a few months back, dog slobber on the outside dripping down and smeared on the inside window, every crumble of snack you could imagine from all of the to and fro of the summer and previous vacations-oh and leftover beach sand, and a side mirror that had recently been duct taped on the passenger side from a collision with a mailbox in which we were awaiting a part. We also had some minor scratches, but nothing I had planned on being remedied from a detail job. Well I wish I would have taken pictures to share with you all, but it was even more than I expected. The polish he put on the outside remedied just about all of my scratches-mainly due to untrimmed bushes coming out of the garage, and minor door dings from others here and there. Everything looked shiny and brand new, except for my stupid side mirror, but that was just temporary! And whatever he used on the outside kept our car looking like it had just been washed and polished for I want to say over a month! We park in the garage every day when we are home. So that is helpful, but still! Thanks guys! Look forward to using you again! December someone hit me and that car was totaled. Got a new one at the end of January and then Coronavirus hit and no need for a detail yet really. But one will be needed very soon! read more

They did a fantastic job. Got stains out of our seats that were there for quite some time. Great attitude and response time too.

I booked an appointment online, about 48 hours in advanced...after I mistakenly left my windows down in the rain. They came on time, left my car looking like new, and were very pleasant. They had multiple payment modalities and told me recommendations for what services I should get in the future. read more

My car was so dirty and these 2 guys made it look new! I can't even believe what a great job they did. They were fast, so friendly, and hard working! I'll be using them again and referring to family and friends! Best price around too! read more

Excellent! We are new to Georgia and had not yet found a mobile wash and detail company. We hit the jackpot on the first try with Prestige. I called Melvin who fit me right in the same day/evening. I told him we had a very dirty BMW that I was listing for sale. They came over after regular hours at 6:00 and did a great job! Very friendly and reasonably priced as well! I will definitely be scheduling regular washes for all 4 cars! Thanks again! read more
