Cesar was able to get the stains and filth out of my carpet and the interior of my car looks great. I got quotes from other places that were more expensive, and this place was able to do a very great job. The other reviews are right that the owner will give you one price and then it will change, but you just have to hold him firm to the price and service agreed upon. It's a bit hard to find at first due to the lack of a sign, but Matrix is located behind the Chevron gas station, in the same lot. Update: I've had a lot of issues regarding payment with this place. Hence, why I've dropped a star. First paid with Square, and something went wrong on their end and I was called about it because the money didn't come through. I was told that there were multiple customers this happened to. I was more than happy to work with them on figuring out another form of payment. I paid through PayPal and when they learned that PayPal takes a fee and it would take a few days for the payment to clear, they wanted to cancel the transaction and have me come in and pay again. The money has already cleared on my end and as a business, you should be aware of fees and transaction times before settling on the form of payment. I called in initially to ask if he worked by appointment which he did but because luckily for me I called in early and reserved myself a spot. These guys were great at one point from 2016-2017. What happen 2018 to now, I don't know. Staffing became the worse, sometimes 1 person working on a car while the others standing around. Now you have to make appointments and its only 1 car sitting there, takes them hours I mean hours to wash 1 car, and it still be smears and water spots on the car. Owner claims I took it to a cheap car wash, you just did it I said- wasn't any smears or water spots on the car when it was dirty. I would come in at 6pm and they be done by 8 pm no lie, the average wait on car wash give or take should be hour unless they really packed or you getting a full detail. Than this owner tries to stiff me out of money, says one price than another, claims he using the state of the art soap for the car and claims no other car wash is the same. Come on man, who you fooling. He will never get my business after this week. Nor would I recommend him to anyone. See for yourself on how long it takes and the quality they give now. read more

They were able to squeeze me in due to not having an appointment which was very nice of them. Was quoted $50 for a wash. Once I got the car back exterior was clean and carpets were vacuumed. Inspecting the car more just to find out the wheels weren't even touched, dashboard wasn't cleaned, windows still had spots, little cracks and crevices still had dirt. They had a sign outside saying $10 for an exterior wash also was given was card stating all the places they clean with a $60 wash. So I don't know what was up with a $50 for a exterior wash and interior vacuum. read more

These guys are okay with cars... but the owner/manager (whatever he is) is a horrible businessman. They never honor prices on signs or even the business cards he hands out. Always trying to nickel and dime his customers. Never once a pleasant experience dealing with this guy. Have given him multiple chances and the same thing every time. I'd pay more money for the same service just to avoid dealing with him and have a consistent pricing model. Would never recommend. read more

Great service and workmanship. I recently bought a black Mini Cooper that had been neglected by previous owners. Terrible water-spots and marks from bird droppings. Caesar quoted a price that I thought was fair and said it would take him 3-4 hours. I checked in after 4 hours and he was working hard at the clay bar. I told him that I would cone back. At the end of the day, they spent 8+ hours on my car, detailed it way beyond my expectations, and kept the price at our agreed price. Caesar refused to take any shortcuts. I went to get my car detailed and after settling on a price , the owner tried to charge me $400 more dollars to shampoo my carpets and "clean " the ceiling . There is nothing on my ceiling . He quoted me a price of $140 to detail my car in and out and then added another $100 to clean my seats . I could see the other prices on his notebook and he was totally taking advantage of me . I have had my car detailed and have spent $200 before and was willing to this time . He kept changing his story and what was included . Also, he totally ignored any of the prices listed on the card he handed me in the beginning . Please do not go here . There are several other reputable businesses in the area . read more
