I used the Yelp quote system and got a response within a few hours from Melvin. He was great with…read morecommunication through Yelp messaging as we had a reschedule a few times due to weather. He came to my house and was a bit late the day we had scheduled, but let me know in advance and it was not a big deal. I offered my hose and was impressed that all of the equipment they need is in their van. They did not need anything from me and could have done the job in the middle of the desert. Melvin and his crew (Demarcus and JJ) were efficient, thorough, and friendly. They finished in about 45 minutes and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. The price is on point and I will certainly use them again!

I have utilized the interior and exterior detailing services of NEXUS for two consecutive years…read more So, I am a repeat customer. By the way, NEXUS is now a mobile-only detailing service, i.e., they come to your residence or location of choice. NEXUS is no longer sedentary. I had both of my vehicles "serviced" within the last 30 days from the time of this writing. The same employee from NEXUS came to my residence and performed the detailing. I would like to recognize him. His first name is Jose. Jose provided excellent craftsmanship and skill. He is meticulous and takes his time (4 to 5 hours for both interior and exterior detailing). He does not rush anything. Both the interior and exterior of my vehicles sparkled. The outside could have been used for a mirror! The pricing, which can vary, was reasonable for interior/exterior detailing for the size of the vehicles I own. The cost per vehicle was $150 for both interior and exterior detailing. That is a good price, comparatively speaking. I will use NEXUS Auto Detail again.
