I paid the $80 and waited for about 30/45 minutes. three employees were working and they were all walking in and out of the building so who's cleaning?? have a look at the photos and see if that's the kind of cleaning you want done for $80. they put my bag over the mess on the passenger seat so i didn't notice until after i drove away. they only partially wiped the driver side of the windshield and i didn't notice until the evening when the lights were clear on one side of the glass. rims and front bumper don't even look like they were touched. crooks and thieves. did not give me a refund.

This is my third time getting my sienna wash here. The first 2 time they told me 55 since it's the…read moresize of an SUV. Waited 2 hours and they did a good job inside and out. Both time after finished they said car is too big it will be 75. So I just gave them 80. Normally I would be mad when you tell me one pride and charge me another but they did a good job so I just considered it tip. Now the last time my dad helped me took the car there they charged him 85 before tip and it came back with many area needing attention. 3rd row didn't seem like it got vacuumed. Center console didn't get any attention. The wheels were still dirty. And another negative is they removed my 3M floor mat that was installed firmly in the rail so it should not have been taken out. But they took it out and did not put it back for me and just lay it there. I had to spent another 20 minutes at home installing it back. For 85 it was a poor job. We were expecting 70-120 mins wait but it was a little over 3 hours. This last visit made me sad about the quality they provide for the price. I might as well run it through the machine snd vacuum it myself.

Brought my parent's car and mine. Service is consistently great. Everyone is friendly, prompt, and helpful. I also really appreciate the two gentlemen that prep the car before it goes into the car wash. I've been to other car wash places that do the prep but it's not done anywhere close to how well this place does it. The car wash options are great and they do a thorough car wash job. The machines they use are of good quality compared to some other places I've been to that do not brush well or even brush my car at all during the wash. It's also clean, organized, and has nice cloths and filled cleaners available to use on your car in the vacuum sections. I also love how they still have a combo deal when you get an oil change. A free car wash comes with it. I highly recommend Duluth Car Wash for the great customer service and care for oil changes and car washes. Support local. I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

Firstly, the communication they have with their customers and potential clients who may just have questions, is SUPERB! My sister's car door scraped the side of mine, and it had some ugly scrapes that were clearly visible since my car is unfortunately white and shows everything, and I'm hoping to trade it in soon, so this was not something I wanted to deal with but I needed help ASAP. My sister spoke with Preston, whom was AMAZING and supremely helpful; she had called numerous places before this one, but EZ Auto Spa caught our attention with their exceptional customer care and expert communication, without being a shred of vague or condescending, which we have experienced both of at other companies. Preston went above and beyond with his communication and informed her of every possible detail with perfect explanation of: when, where, what to do, how to acquire the right paint, their operating hours, and the best steps moving forward to get my car repaired, which was so very appreciated and extremely beneficial!
