I paid the $80 and waited for about 30/45 minutes. three employees were working and they were all walking in and out of the building so who's cleaning?? have a look at the photos and see if that's the kind of cleaning you want done for $80. they put my bag over the mess on the passenger seat so i didn't notice until after i drove away. they only partially wiped the driver side of the windshield and i didn't notice until the evening when the lights were clear on one side of the glass. rims and front bumper don't even look like they were touched. crooks and thieves. did not give me a refund.

I understand accidents can happen, but dismissing it outright because the marks aren't "circular" doesn't feel like a fair evaluation. Debris can get caught in brushes or cloth strips and cause straight or branching scratches.
