I took the car anyway, but they assured me I could come back if I wasn't 100% satisfied. Honestly, I didn't really believe it at the time. Over the next few months, the difference in color on the bumper began to bother me more and more. Eventually, I left a negative review on Google. To my surprise, the very next day I received a call from Trent, inviting me back to have the bumper repainted. Skeptical, but hopeful, I decided to give them another chance. From the moment I arrived, Andrew and Trent treated me not as a "problematic customer," but as someone whose concerns genuinely mattered. They listened, reassured me, and stood behind their work. Both time after finished they said car is too big it will be 75. So I just gave them 80. Normally I would be mad when you tell me one pride and charge me another but they did a good job so I just considered it tip. Now the last time my dad helped me took the car there they charged him 85 before tip and it came back with many area needing attention. 3rd row didn't seem like it got vacuumed. Center console didn't get any attention. The wheels were still dirty. And another negative is they removed my 3M floor mat that was installed firmly in the rail so it should not have been taken out. But they took it out and did not put it back for me and just lay it there. I had to spent another 20 minutes at home installing it back. For 85 it was a poor job. We were expecting 70-120 mins wait but it was a little over 3 hours. This last visit made me sad about the quality they provide for the price. I might as well run it through the machine snd vacuum it myself.

Insurance gave me 2 options and since I'd had minor damage repairs at another location with great results I chose Classic Collision in Sugar Hill. Through no fault of their own it took a month to get me in (can't keep qualified staff so if you have the skills it seems like a good place to work), but once I was scheduled the work was completed in 2 weeks as promised. They brought my car back to original state, even blended new paint with old so well I cannot tell the difference. The best part is the timely text updates on status. They were often enough without being annoying and kept me current on progress. I didn't feel the urge to call them once to check on status. The place was very clean and staff was great plus Enterprise will bring a rental car to you at Classic Collision, then retrieve it at Classic Collision when you pick your car up. If you have a choice for auto damage repair I would definitely recommend this establishment.
