They recommended about 5 different tires from which you could choose from. Went ahead and got all 4 tires done. They were able to do the service that was requested which were to keep the 2 tires in the front since they were still new, and put one of the 2 tires onto our spare tire since it needed to be replaced. It took about an hour and 30 minutes for the service. I would say that the value for everything done was good. Overall, the worker's did a very good job. They were very polite. The only thing is that the technician did bust 2 of the plastic hub cap for the tires, but they did offer to replace them.

Towards the end of last year (October-ish), I got my tires replaced at this location and everything was great! No real problems until April, when one of my tires kept going flat. I took my car back to this location and explained to them my predicament - explicitly mentioning not only that my car has had previous issues with the tire pressure sensors, but also that one of my tires kept going flat, no matter how often I would put air back into it. I called back 3 1/2 hours after dropping off my car to ask for an update and was told that they had been calling me for hours (Note: I did not have 1 missed call from anyone in my call logs!) and that my car had been done for a while. I asked them what problems they had found and what work had been done to fix their findings, to which I was met with a very condescending tone telling me that, "The only thing wrong with your car was that your tires were low on air, so we filled them up for you!" Naturally, I was very confused. I asked if they checked the sensors and the tires themselves for any problems and was, again, immediately met with a quick and snarky reply of Yes we checked it all and your car is fine. Fast forward to 2 (Two!!!!!) days later, my tire sensor light turns back on. One more day passes and my tire is flat once again. This time, I take it to another tire dealership in Winder. Within the hour, my tire is replaced due to the carpenter nail lodged within it! Isn't it crazy how that works? As a single young woman, I find the condescension and lack of respect absolutely ridiculous. I admittedly do not know too much about cars, but if a customer comes into your establishment with a specific concern, I would try listening to them. I went to Pure on the recommendation of three childhood friends who still live here. They ALL said to go to Pure. I grew up in Decatur and left for grad school many years ago. I recently returned after living in four states during my career. I have always had three criteria when I make a move to a new location, and they have served me well. Find: 1. A Doctor you can relate to and trust. 2. Someone who gives a great haircut. 3. An auto mechanic you can trust and who does great work. I've found #3 in Decatur Pure Station. After my early check-in, I sat in the waiting area for about two hours, watching and listening to the manager interacting with customers. My observations? Friendly, matter-of-fact, clear. Andy explained everything going on with his client's cars. He made recommendations, and more importantly, noted what didn't need to be done. He gave accurate representations about when services would be completed. For my car, he got the part quickly and told me they had looked over the whole car and only found one repair that needed to be made (besides my originating situation). He was accurate in his honesty, because I already knew I was needing a new rear brake job in the next month. While my car was being repaired, I walked around downtown Decatur. I reacquainting myself with some old, and mostly new, businesses and restaurants. I arrived back at the repair shop in the mid-afternoon, just after they finished repairing the car. Andy explained everything they did, and gave me a very fair price for the service I received. Am I ever glad to have found Pure. Five Stars, and even higher.
