This business responded same day and had the wrap sent to my home and it was delivered on 05/11. On the same day 05/11, we were told he was "waiting on the installer" to give us a time, then the text came he was in the hospital and he would find another installer. On Tuesday 05/12 at 8:30 Am, we received a long text stating he would not be able to come as the installer hadn't called him back. He asked to give him until Thursday and Thursday arrived and at 11:30 this business said they would send HALF the deposit back, as he didn't have anyone to install the wrap, HALF? I had my wrap done by another company that same day Thursday. on 05/27 this business said he would return 250$, which is not half and is still not acceptable since no work was completed and my time was wasted. On Friday, after I had the job completed by another company, he text saying he had someone new and he could "supervise" the new person, too late, it was already done because you stated you couldn't have the job completed!. On June 3, he text asking why we disputed the charge. I disputed the charge because you did NOT do the work. I am requesting you send someone to pick up your product as it is still here in the box. Otherwise, I will begin to charge a storage fee for this product I cannot use. This is now abandoned property so please reach out within the next 14 days to arrange pickup of the wrap you had sent to my home and never completed the work. It is still in the box and in brand new condition. What a scam to take people's money, not show up and then try and keep half of the deposit when you didn't even show up! This is 100% on you! Please reach out to Kevin as you were corresponding via text with him, to schedule a time and date to pick up your product. We just received a text from this business stating they refunded $250, and they did NOT. I double checked my statement and account. We have encountered numerous issues with him, and to this day, none of them have been resolved. Consequently, we will be taking legal action against him and his business, which appears to be under the ownership of Mayerline Rodriguez. We will report his business practices to the AG for negligence and will seek further advice. I am aware that we are not the only customers who have been dealing with his nonsense. After paying him cash upfront, it took a while for him to schedule an appointment for the wrap to be done. Whenever we inquired about the status of the wrap, he claimed to be unaware and didn't have a time frame since they don't provide him with one. It's strange that you order something and don't have an estimated time of arrival. My Supra underwent a full wrap. It took him over a month for this to be done. Every time we reached out, he had a different excuse. He claimed he was unwell, his son was detained, the vinyl had not arrived yet, and so on. When we finally informed him that we needed the vehicle for service, we picked it up. To our dismay, we found that the wrap was done poorly. We had missing & broken parts. Despite our repeated requests for him to come and fix the issues, he keeps saying he'll stop by. He never shows up. We have so much evidence of him agreeing to fix the horrible job performed. However, in this case, the entire wrap looks terrible. It's evident that they don't know what they're doing, and he clearly lacks the skills to run a business. His unprofessional behavior is unacceptable
