I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. At the end of the day when purchasing a product like this, trust goes a long way and that's why Preston and EZ Auto Spa earned 5 stars from me.

Since then, my battery has repeatedly died, leaving me stranded and needing jump starts on several occasions. Having to rely on strangers for help after investing that much money has been incredibly stressful. When I first reached out with my concerns, I didn't feel like my issue was prioritized. Instead of being able to have what appeared to be an installation-related problem addressed promptly, I had to wait several days for an appointment. I barely made it back to the shop, where I was told everything looked fine and that I should be good to go. Unfortunately, I got home and experienced the exact same issues. Now I have to bring my vehicle back yet again to have it looked at a third time. I understand that diagnosing electrical problems can take time, but this experience has been a nightmare. I feel the situation could have been handled with more urgency and better communication, especially considering I paid for a service that has left my vehicle unreliable. I'm still trying to remain patient because, at the end of the day, all I want is a properly functioning radio and a vehicle I can depend on. I'm hopeful SK Customs can identify the root cause of the problem and make it right.

I bought my now 8 year old Lexus RX350 4 years ago, but over time, the paint on part of one of the doors had faded. Compared to the rest of the car it was really noticeable. My great mechanic, Peter Merriam, recommended Taylor's and yesterday afternoon I had some time before my afternoon lessons so headed over there. The young part owner looked at the door, asked me to drive over to one of the garages and began working on it. I left about an hour later with the door cleaned, repaired, buffed, waxed, even a scratch/smudge removed on another door, and a full car wash. The door now looks like the rest of the car! Granted, this is not a permanent fix, but should at least last another four years. Not only that, I had the most pleasant conversations with the owner and the newly hired employee who washed my car.
