So I come back drop the car off and don't hear anything till I come back and see the car .They didn't wrap any of the chrome I had asked them to instead they painted all the chrome on the car without even calling me to consider if that's something I even wanted done but I tried not to be upset since I knew the guy who worked there but how could you not even consult with me about doing something like this .I would have said no and went on my way but no they just did what they wanted painted all my chrome which looked horrible fingerprints all on it and smudges all throughout the paint scheme just not a good idea in general and then they didn't even try to set up the base knob that was already installed told me they couldn't get to the wiring which someone had already ran, I mean your a professional speaker shop and you can't re run some wire , second how do you advertise wrapping cars just to paint them, the third thing was that they painted my tailgating so dark you couldn't even see any of my turn signals which makes a car lot harder to drive when no one can see when your breaking or turning ! Got pulled over so many times for it I just decided to take off the paint my self .Just a horrible process of how they went about things. So I just take the car and live with it only for the paint over time to start chipping of the car and it just looked horrible I can't understand as a business how you can completely bypass what a customer pays for and do as you feel, like if you couldn't wrap the chrome then simply don't do it I didn't ask them to paint match my chrome ? Like why would I take my car to a speaker shop to get it painted ?? So about a year and a half later (which is current time ) I callback and ask how much it would be for them to re install my subs from my last car into my new one all they had to do was run wire and labor they said 400-500 dollars my jaw hit the floor , mind you they are several places for car audio in acworth and no one even said anything that high of a price and for what ? Me to go back and get screwed over again yes no thanks . Please people take business elsewhere all they do is overcharge and do what they have in mind not the service You paid for !!!

Did not have a positive experience at all and end up incurring additional cost to repair damage…read morecaused by this individual. It became clear that he was inexperienced installation and careless in his service. Also showed no remorse and failed to assume responsibility for any of his actions. Specifically: 1) He was over 30 minutes late and didn't bother to notify me that he would be late for the appointment. When I reached out to himX that's when I learned that he'd be late. Did t even bother to apologize for lack of consideration of my time. 2) He initially installed the back up camera upside down and tried to first tell me that is the way the camera should be until I insisted something was wrong. He then realized the camera was installed incorrectly AFTER he had already drilled holes into the frame to mount the camera. He then had to change the location with new drilled holes. 3) when installed the radio, he didn't flush the radio and again tried to explain that it was installed correctly, only to have to redo the setting of the radio correctly. 4) Failed to reconnect the radio antenna causing him to come back and connect the antenna. 5) Literally broke the dash console when prying it up to reconnect the wires to the radio. As I am sitting right there, I witness him break the console but he denied doing so and said it was like that prior to him working on the job. This was clearly dishonest and I know my truck and knew it had not been broken and that I had witnessed first hand him breaking the console. I had to purchase a whole new console which cost me money. 6) failed to reset airbag light after he removed the console and claimed that the airbag light was on before he started working on the vehicle. Again, this was NOT true. Because of the above and lack of ANY responsibility for anything, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I had about a foot long, scratch deep into the paint and a little bit of a dent in the metal on my driver side rear fender. My car is silver, which is typically hard to match the paint. They did an excellent job. The price was good and the quality of the work was excellent. They had it done in three days even though originally they told me it would take four.
