It became clear that he was inexperienced installation and careless in his service. Also showed no remorse and failed to assume responsibility for any of his actions. Specifically: 1) He was over 30 minutes late and didn't bother to notify me that he would be late for the appointment. When I reached out to himX that's when I learned that he'd be late. Did t even bother to apologize for lack of consideration of my time. 2) He initially installed the back up camera upside down and tried to first tell me that is the way the camera should be until I insisted something was wrong. He then realized the camera was installed incorrectly AFTER he had already drilled holes into the frame to mount the camera. He then had to change the location with new drilled holes. 3) when installed the radio, he didn't flush the radio and again tried to explain that it was installed correctly, only to have to redo the setting of the radio correctly. 4) Failed to reconnect the radio antenna causing him to come back and connect the antenna. 5) Literally broke the dash console when prying it up to reconnect the wires to the radio. As I am sitting right there, I witness him break the console but he denied doing so and said it was like that prior to him working on the job. This was clearly dishonest and I know my truck and knew it had not been broken and that I had witnessed first hand him breaking the console. I had to purchase a whole new console which cost me money. 6) failed to reset airbag light after he removed the console and claimed that the airbag light was on before he started working on the vehicle. Again, this was NOT true. Because of the above and lack of ANY responsibility for anything, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I would STRONGLY recommend going ANYWHERE else…read more I paid over $800 to have a new radio installed in my car, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. I purchased the radio through Jokers Audio Acworth, and unfortunately, the unit installed was not even the system I originally asked for. When I brought up the fact that the wrong system had been ordered, I was told essentially that they were not going to correct the mistake. After installation, I had multiple issues. My backup camera was not working properly, the backup camera would go black, the screen would shut off, my navigation wasn't working, and my CarPlay would disconnect/turn off when I used my turn signal. I also had issues with the sound and other functions that were supposed to work with the new system - which I was later told "oh.. they didn't tell you this system messes up your audio?". I contacted them about these problems and was repeatedly told they would have someone look at it. At one point, I was told there wasn't a technician available and that I could schedule for another day. I explained that I work and couldn't just come in whenever, and I still tried to work around their schedule because I just wanted what I paid for to actually work. What makes this even more frustrating is that when they make a mistake, their solution seems to be offering a "deal" on something else rather than actually fixing the problem. And by "deal," I mean something along the lines of $50 off another $1,000+ unit - so I would essentially have to spend even MORE money to fix an issue that was caused by the original transaction. I also want to mention the way my family was treated during this situation. The owner actually squared up to my dad during an interaction. Regardless of how frustrated anyone is, that is completely unacceptable behavior toward a customer who has already spent hundreds of dollars with your business. I tried to be patient. I tried communicating with them directly. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right. I even have the messages documenting the issues and the attempts to get them resolved. The biggest issue isn't that something went wrong - I understand mistakes happen. It's how the business handled the mistake afterward. When you spend $800+ on something, you should not have to repeatedly chase the business down to get basic functionality, deal with additional problems caused by the installation, or feel like you're being pushed toward spending another $1,000 to resolve their mistake. Now my unit is "dead", I have no backup camera as that was connected to it, and I'm told to get another one. What a joke - the one thing they did get right is their name for the store.
