Jose EXCEEDED my expectations. Knowledge, integrity. Asked me if my car key I asked him to duplicate worked the door locks well just by visually inspection of the key. When I told him it was rough, instead of duplicating the key, he removed a door cylinder, then created a PERFECT key from the stamped numeric door cylinder. We had to have our house rebuilt after a fire. Contractor used same make and model of door knobs, but each one had a different key. So I had Unlockit Locksmith come and rekey them all to use a single key. The communications with Lisa were all smooth and professional. She called to tell us when the tech would be onsite.
